I've been follow their business movements with the hopes of locating them to collect what they took, but haven't yet. It's only a matter of time. hey i have received many calls from a company so called "EVO Security" but it isnt this one, i actually walked in to this business and requested to be taken off the list thinking it was them, they informed me they have nothing to do with credit cards and that they dont even take personal information such as SSN and credit card information... i didnt believe it and requested to sit in and listen for myself since i am tired of getting phone calls from these people.... this company is an alarm company, not a debit consoledator or w.e. the case and i did listen in on their calls there was no personal information shared and no payments taken... We gotta find out who  those other basturds are.....

I have been receiving calls from these 'card services' telemarketers for over a year now. I have been blocking each number they have called with (over 35 at this point). And I have been filing complaints with the FTC Do Not Call Registry and the FCC complaint site, to no avail. I do suggest you all do the same, and do not talk to them or call them back.

But to really get some attention, I created a petition on the White House We The People site. Please go there and sign it, we have to get the word out any way we can:

These guys, Howard Alvarez and Jeff Torres, are commonly based out of south Florida. They have been running scams from mortgage asistance to home security for a number of years now. They list business offices, but don't actually work there. They use a business address for a few months, and then ditch it for the next. They are currently in hot water with the New Hampshire Banking Dept. for mortgage fraud, and found guilty for the same thing in Florida. The problem is they are found guilty, but nothing can stop them from opening a new company and doing the same thing (according to the Florida Attny General). They are just given a "Cease and Desist" order. That's all. I currently reside in Florida, and am attempting to locate them. If anyone else has any info on them, please post.

I started receiving multiple calls on my cell from this number yesterday, 1/24/13.  Unusual given the location and the fact that I use my cell for business and do not give the number out, but to people tied to the work I do.  By the end of the day I had received probably a dozen calls from this number; four where while I was in a conference call on my cell phone.

Already this morning I have received multiple calls from this number.  Each time there is no answer and when I try to call back to demand that they stop using my number, there is a brief voice recording stating nobody is available to take my call and it hangs up.

This is interrupting my work and needs to stop.  Does anyone know what company this number belongs to?  How can we force them to stop?

Irritating when on the do not call list and still get these calls

I have tried fo years to get these crooks to stop calling me.  I have reported them to the FTC, FCC, do not call list, hundreds of times.  I have begged thyem to stop bothering me.  up to 10 calls per day 4 or so on each phone number I have.  even my cell phone.  so I have started a petition on the white house web site asking the govenment to do its job.  to stop these crooks and put them in jail.  we need 150 sigs on the petrition for it to show on the general web site.  then we need 100,000 for someone in the government to read it and hopefully get someone attention.  the link is:

This phone number belongs to a public utility named CallerID4U, Inc. They have entered into revenue sharing agreements with telemarketers who make illegal unsolicited telephone calls.  They profit directly from these outbound unsolicited telephone calls.

This appears to be a clear violation of a number of laws, including 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.

The calls that I receive from this number started when I switched to a Comcast Xfinity VOIP telephone line... I have also received numerous other marketing calls since switching to Xfinity Telephone... Might want to rule out Comcast Telephone since they seem to have some link to these kinds of calls.

every day, almost like clock work this number keeps calling, at least 3-4x's a day.

EVO SECURITY called again.  Pushed a few random numbers and a PUSHY salesman wants to place a home security sign in our front yard and sell me a home security system.  When I asked him if he had heard of donotcall.gov, he paused, ignoring my question and then continued with his high pressure sales pitch.  Hung up on the SOB.  Is this North Dakota number  a ?spoofed number??

Calls every day, some time move then once.

"John" called trying to sell a security system, told not interested, will install free if can put a sign in our yard, not do you own your house yes, but not interested, yada yada they hung up

I totaly agree Brad. The cardholder services robo calls me constantly. She says her name is Rachel and if I want my interest rate lowered to press 3 to be conected to a real person. So, what I did was I have a marine air horn, and beleive me its loud. So when the real person answers, I give him a blast of the horn for 5 seconds. I would love to see the look on his face when he gets blasted.

They call my cell phone almost everyday.

I also receive calls from this number.  I called it back and got a messge that said "someone will take your call in a moment.  good bye" and then nothing.  I don't hang on the line.  They keep calling my cell and I blocked that number, so they call on 701-671-9447 instead.  I blocked that number and they called on 843-619-3526.  When I call that number I get an error that says my call cannot be completed as dialed.  When I call 9447 I get a message that says that number is being spoofed and if I get a call from it to press 1 to leave a detailed message and they are gathering information on the person who is using their number illegally.  Sounds scammy to me.  The caller is always a robocall and it is "Ann at Account Services" or "Card Services" wanting to help lower interest rates on my credit card.  When I have pressed 1 to get a person they don't let me finish my sentence when I try to say I'm on the no call list and please do not call again.  One time I did get a woman who heard the whole message and she said she would take my name off.  I kept getting calls.  I don't know why they bother, they are not going to get anything from me.  It is calls daily now on either the land line or cell phone.  I called the FTC today and they took the complaint.  I called the Attorney General for our state and left a message.  They just are not doing their jobs at the No call offices, National and State.

For weeks they have been calling me and I have asked to get off their list and the phone calls got worse.
I am reporting them to the BBB and I am going to call my phone company and see if they can block this number.  I don't know what else to do. Any suggestions?

I get 2 to 3 calls a week from this number and I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST.... They Probably can't read the names on the list, because they are in a country that does not read or write, of speak English.

I've received calls from this number several weeks at different times. Evo Security is supposedly trying to sell me a security system. I am registered with Do Not Call, but it seems to do no good with this company.

The ONLY way to stop these calls is NOT ANSWER any UNKNOWN CALLER ID or telephone phone that you do NOT KNOW.  The REPUTABLE ones WILL honor taking you OFF THEIR CALL LIST...what they do NOT TELL YOU is that THE INSTANT you picked up and answered the call...YOUR TELEPHONE NUMBER automatically went on the VALID NUMBER list...and they HAVE SOLD YOUR TELEPHONE NUMBER to a SHEET FULL OF TELEMARKETING AGENCIES. IT IS A NEVER ENDING CYCLE OF MADNESS.  TO PREVENT FEDERAL LAWS AGAINST COLD CALLS/ROBOT-CALLING...they now OUT-SOURCE it to other countries...who are NOT BOUND BY US FEDERAL LAWS.

I hope your attacker or attackers are behind bars getting owned by the big boys?

If you or anyone provides an address, I guarantee they won't be a step all. It's hard to walk in a wheelchair for life after being attacked and having ever bone broken.

At least 10 calls in last 10 days.  One day we had 3 calls.  How do we shut them down.  After the political calls, this may be the last straw and deciding factor in getting rid of my land line.

They call 6, 7, 8 times a day - from 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. - and never leave a message!!  Why???
