Not sure what their deal is.  I waited to see who they were and then they hung up on me as well.  My question is, if they always hang up, how can they stay in business?

And I have pressed 3 to be discontinued from the calls as well, to no avail...

I did recieve a call from this number yesterday !! I did recieve several ones in the past also,I do not know is the caller? What is the purpose behind these calls? I think they are some of the emploees with the Troop,who do work minor jobs,and they have some free times,they spend it on harrasing others!!!!The reason why Iam saying this ,because I recieve calls from other numbers(Local Codes),even the phone company could not help me to identify the caller,they said for security purposes,where is the security if we can't enjoy our life, phones were not maid for Harrasments of others,and make them feel miserable like this,,,I assure there is No one who has the authority to block,and switch numbers like those who are deployed in Iraq,KuWait,,,etc

I have received several calls from this number and others similar to this one.  I have tried to press the number to be removed from the call list but it either continues or hangs up and the calls continue.  I actually waited and spoke to a person on more than one occasion as well and each time tried to tell them I have asked to be removed from the call list. Two people said, oh we will do that, I apologize.  the others have up on me.  The calls still come.  Why do we have a Do Not Call list if we keep getting these calls.  I have blocked each of those numbers that called me on my cell phone...yes they were ALL on my cell phone, but they keep calling from different numbers. I am getting very ticked off.

they are also the same company doing the same thing from another location.  I have blocked all the 701 numbers but received about 5 of those as well.  I even talked to someone as if I was interested in their offer just to get a HUMAN BEING on the phone.  Then told them I had asked to be removed and they hung up on me before I could even finish speaking.

This is exactly what happened to me.  Only I even went so far as to talk to someone as if I was interested and when I finally got someones "attention"... I told them remove me and before I could finish, they hung up on me too.  They have called me from 5 different numbers and I have recorded every one.

they will call again.... that button to remove obviously doesnt work.

I had the same two missed calls. In the past, I've received these calls from "card member services" ? but it's always a recording, so I've never taken the time to talk to a live person...

I Got the call on my land line and asked to be removed and got a hangup. Ten min, later got the same call on my cell and got a hang up. Who in the h### is this?

Just received another unwanted call from 701-712-0972.  How do we litigate?  Will soon drop home phone due to number of unwanted calls and that seems ridiculous.

I just received a call from this number again!  I also have asked to be removed from their list with no luck...very frustrating.

I've gotten MANY calls with a recorded msg. with the opportunity to press "1" to speak to a live operator. I finally did that 2 days ago and told them I was on the DNC list and asked to be removed from their calling list.  She told me she would.  Today I got another call from a different number, same folks. I picked up and told "Raymond" that this was the 2nd time I was requesting to be removed from their list and he hung up on me.
So my guess is they will not remove me from the list.  I filed a complaint with the "Do Not Call Registry" for both numbers.
The other number I reported is 701-661-1851, however they have many other numbers from which they call.
Maybe they think if they call enough times I'll eventually fall for their scam.
What's the point of the DNC list if we get these calls anyway?

Called about a credit card that i was approved for, SCAM SCAM SCAM.  I never applied for any card and when I pressed #1 I asked the live guy to take me off their list and he hung up on me.  I called the number back and they had a recorded message to be removed off the list so I did.  BEWARE!
