Just got a call from this no. Recievf a bunch this week from the same figured it was a tellamarketer and tell them im unavalibe at this time and hang up.

Got a call from them today on my google voice #. Tried to answer but lost service and the call was dropped.

Didn't  answer.  Don't have any of the finanicial problems others said was in their voice so I haven't a clue to what prompted their call.  Unlike many other reports they didn't leave a message.  Maybe the scammer is losing heart.  Thanks everyone for the info.

most of these phone services are linked to the FBI, believe it or not. They are the ones spaming you!

Received the same call. No one on the other end. Don't know anyone in the Dakotas. I think they just want to see if it is a working number then they can keep calling or sell your number to someone else.

They called me today 1:42pm EST -- the recording said I could lower my credit card interest rates to 1.9% and that I needed to speak with one of their representatives TODAY to avail of this ONE-TIME OFFER and that they would NOT be calling back.

Lets hope they don't. I hung up.

We received the same call they did not leave a message So I called back but blocked my number first and they answered saying they could not retrieve my phone number please call back with the blocking service deleated. Sounds fishy to me!!

I received a call from this number on a spare cell phone that is never used - I don't even know the number but have it as part of my family plan.  The phone was used for two days months ago, and that is all, and no calls should be coming to that number, so this is clearly spam.

just got a call from this number today ...i do not answer any unknown numbers ,,,no matter who the number belongs to ...i just come to this web site and look it up and most of the time i get my answers right here ,,,im really glad this web site exists...thank you 800 notes....
to all others if u get a call from a number u do not know...just dont answer it....eventually they will get the message...your not gonna answer their call and they will stop calling you ...it works for me ...

Same here, just received a phone call about the interest rates. Not sure how they got my number. The most bank-like transaction I have made was order checks online and call a local bank to ask about a transaction.

I just received a call from them too. Didn't recognize the number so didn't answer. No message left. I was pure curiosity that had me google the number. Kinda glad I didn't answer now.

I have family in the 701 area code and since it is such a sparsely populated state, without looking at the number past the area code, I answered the phone. It was for mortgage relief as one of the posters above noted. I do wonder, in this day and age, how this type of spam can continue. If making complaints doesn't help or doesn't help in a timely fashion, what other recourse do we have?

Feb 28th, 2012 5:40pm EST.  Let the phone ring, no message left.  Called back 3 minutes later, got an all circuits busy signal.  probably a computer dialer.
