I have a govt issued pre paid cell that i never use i get calls from 5 different telemarketers since ive had this phone. The govt is selling our info to these people. The do not call list is a scam.

Got a call from this number, which is the same company as 701 920-9939. My standard answer to all telemarketers is "You think I want to do business with a company that totally disregards federal law? the law is the only thing that binds contractual agreements. What is your name? What number can I call you back on? I want a copy of your DNC policy and take me off of your calling list." Well, they always hang up right after what is your name, but that is the whole spiel.

I just got a call from this number, I didn't answer and they didn't even leave any message. In my voice mail the guy only said hello? and it seemed that he was outside driving...

This is a telemarketer. You can call them back and it has a recording that will ask if you would like to be put on their do not call list, press 1 and within 72 hours they will have you off their calling list. I am getting extremely annoyed because it is my cell phone and I get numerous telemarketing calls and I have registered so many times on the Do Not Call Registry! Hopefully this helps!

i live in north carolina, and even though the area code around here is 704, 701 doesnt exist here. Its in north dakota, and i know nobody that lives there.
