When you call the number back you hear a message that you can lower your interest rate. Or press option 2 to be put on the DNC list.

Left no message.  Trying to call back but I get the message that "all circuits are busy"

I miss this number and i call back and machine pick with a recording saying that i was elegible for lower interest rate.

Go to the government no call list and file a complaint.  If we all take the time to do this, maybe we can shut this moron down.

Getting these calls on my cell phone and I am on the do not call list. Do not appreciate the way telemarketers are being "not stopped" from calling on either the land phone or cell phone.

Called back & they offered a way to lower my credit card interest rates to as low as 5.9%.
I have NO credit cards.  I pushed 2 during the call & it said I was added to their internal "Do Not Call List".
We shall see.....

Hung up on the phishers! WTF?  Do I need to call the FTC to make you go away?  If I catch you - You're mine bi****s!

Calling me about every 2 hours all day today.  I just ignor them but they are a total PITA.

I got a call from this number. I answered it and they said "This is cardholder services for your credit card. There are no problems, however, you are eligible for a lower interest rate" blah blah. Press 1 to connect to cardholder services, press 2 to be taken off of the list.

Got a call from 701-920-9624, 701-217-1374, to my cell phone number.  It is a recorded call from a debt consolidation company looking for idiots who will pay to have their credit card interest lowered.
They try to make it sound as if they are calling from your credit card company, but they do not give a company name during the call which is a big red flag.  Press 3 at the end of the call and they will take you off their list

Just got a call from this after getting several calls yesterday from 701-217-1374.I have stopped picking up any calls from the 701 area code and immediately block the numbers given the frequency of these calls.

I have gotten several calls from this number (701) 920-9624 and never a message is left. How do I get them to STOP??? ARG!!!

I have received calls from this number several times in the last 2 days.  It alternates with 701-217-1374.  I have added them to my reject list.  I have no idea who or what is calling but I am tired of having them hang up before I can answer.  I suspect it is a telemarketer number.

I got six phone voice mail messages to my cell phone last night.  Was at a meeting , put phone on vibrate, and when I got home had 6 missed calls all from this #.  There message seemed to have something to do with re financing to a lower interest rate.  Already have a low one.  Is there a # I can report them to?????? Thanks

My phone number is listed on the national do not call list.

I also have been getting calls from both numbers. I dont know anyone from North Dakota

If you listen to their message, they let you opt out of further calls by pushing "3" on the keypad. Hope it works... :(

Automated phone call advertising new credit cards.  My number is on the Do Not Call Registry. Complaint filed.

Received call from this number.  Number not recognized.  Suspect spam.  Track them down and put them out of business.  Such calls undesirable.

This number called me this evening.  I called back and it was some recording saying "Thank you for calling the number on your caller ID!  If you would like more information on how to lower your credit card bills..."  and then I hung up in disgust.  I do not know how these people are getting my number.  I am getting phone spam almost daily from various phone numbers.  I put myself on the Do Not Call list, but it doesn't seem to d any good.

You may be interested in reading a news release this office issued in May 2010, warning about scam telephone calls using spoofed North Dakota (701 area code) telephone numbers, at http://www.ag.nd.gov/NewsReleases/2010/05-25-10A.pdf. Since then, we have received reports from across the country of other scams using spoofed ND phone numbers.

I received a call this morning and they woke me and my wife up!  I am getting really sick of these lower my interest rate calls c**p!  I quickly blocked the number and they called again about 4 hours later under a blocked private number.  These guys are quite slick and move very quickly. I hope they get whats coming because this appears to have scam written all over it. I have been on the do not call list for over 7 years.  This makes it very easy to detect a scam, if it was a legitimate business then they would be forced to comply with the national do not call list. Since they clearly are not, there is no way they can be legit!

This person keeps calling me and not leaving a message. They are also using 701-217-1374. I want it to stop.

I also received call on my cell phone from this number.  I was at work so did not answer, I am suppose to be on the do not call list. I am in Ohio
