My phone flashes when it has a new message, one day i saw it flash; i recieved a voicemail from this number, i listened to it and all it says is the quote above. Who is this person!? (and it says that in a voice like ones in prerecorded messages)

the same exact thing happened to me!  it is sooo annoying!  how do you stop it?

I AM SICK OF GETTING THIS CALL.  TWICE IN ONE DAY AND THEN AGAIN TWO MORE TIMES THE NEXT DAY.

Got a call from above number at my place of wortk .  Not recognizing the number I didn't answer.  I received voicemail of a woman already in progress of leaving message.  

"We are a non profit agency.  We have a program that can lower your interest rates to as low as 1.5% and possibly cut your monthly payments in half and since you were only making the minimum payments this would be a great opportunity for you.  This will be my last courtesy call so please give me a ring today.  You can reach me at 1-866-553-1342.  Don't forget to have your most recent statements on hand when you call.  That number again is 1-866-553-1342."

I have no credit cards.

My mother has a fairly new cell phone and this freaking number keeps calling and nothing but dead air when she answers.  So I googled the number and found this website, and I see my suspicions were spot on.  Stupid telemarketers.

I have relatives in area code 701 - so thought it may be one of them ....  I guess I won't return the call!  Thx!

I recieved a missed call from 701-920-9969.
I am registered on the "Do Not Call" list.

They called me twice a day with a recording that my debt could be eliminated at no cost and when I press 2 to get taken off their list they hang up.  I got another call and did the same thing now they called me from 480-224-9080

I recieve an average of 6 phone calls from this number a day! I have answered the calls in hopes of reaching a person to no avail. I have called the number back and pressed 1 to be placed on their "No Call" list, but I almost think that this has made it worse! STOP CALLING!!!!

wow we all got it around the same time i get one every summer idk why but i hate it. i dont know who or what it is or wants but i called it back and it said if you want us to remove your name form the list please enter something it will take 72 hrs to be removed. idk but its annoying.

I'm in the same boat as you all, just got the call and didn't answer.  They didn't leave a VM, so I called it back.  It rang several times and eventually I got a busy signal.  I think I'll drunk dial this number if I can remember to.  ;P

i have these people ringing my cell and home number. Anybody know who they are? When i try to call the back, i get the message that "all circuits are busy now.try your call again later."

It's called me twice with a recorded voice trying to sell me something.  It also called my work phone.

Just received a call from the hang up dude/recording. He said hello and then disconnected. Strange.

This number called me twice today.  First I picked up and recording said I could be "debt-free" and to push 2 if I wasn't interested.

I pushed 2 and the number called me again within two hours. Annoying.

Just received a call from the same number- this has been happening for the past few days-

Just got to call too, didn't answer, no voice mail. I hate these calls...I seem to get them all the time with my prepaid cell.
