More telemarketing calls. I get at least two a day. When I hang up and call back (which I always do), the recording says it has put me on their "opt out" list. Odd because I have been on the FCC's useless DO NOT CALL list for three years now. Seriously, what is the use of that list?

recorded message for homeowner who pays more than $100 a month for electricity--that would qualify for assistance that would lower rate by more than 70% When its too good to be true it usually isn't true so I hung up and didn't respond to 1 want to know more about it, 2 (forgot what that was for) and 3 called a non homeowner in error Obviously a scam and I'm on a do not call list
