I am also registered with the no call list and have reported this number as well.

Every single # I've been able to trace at all has been coming out of CA and TX.  I'm sure they're everywhere, just saying their are at least as many right here in USA.

THIS is not the DNC and not the people calling you, please read the top of the page so you know where you are posting and what we are all trying to do. We are people that are getting calls just like you just sharing what we know with each other. Arrrrg! so sick of people thinking this is the place to demand to be taken off a list or reminding people who do not care that they are on the DNC list. WE all are, that is purpose of 800notes. This site is great when it is used in the formit was created to do. People informing other people about scam calls, what they are selling and suggestions as well as other numbers they call with.

This is the first time I have ever come accross people actually insulting one another and getting angry for people that did not vote for the same candidate as them and also pulled the race card when it was clearly not a racial remark. Instead of being an information gathering it became one of those hater blogs.

Politics has nothing to do with these callers, except that they are allowed to call us during voting years and are not violating the DNC.

How did we get from "help with these scam calls" to a political debate, wrong forum.

First of all the Presidents do not sit in the White House monitoring the DNC list, they may have ok'd the budget for the DNC but have appointed/hired people to run it.

The DNC does work, what people are failing to understand is this: the scammers calling our phones do not care about the DNC, they do not follow the rules and they dont care. They call from spoofed numbers and are very difficult to catch, if they do get caught they just get another spoofed number, many are not even calling from US, so the US cannot do anything about them.

If you want to stop these we have to go to our phone service providers, many of you sounded like intelligent individuals, so I am sure if enough of us constantly complained each time we get one of these calls, call provider, it takes time and patience, but eventually they will have to come up with some kind of "ap", that we can use to stop these callers. The blame is on these companies that sell spoof numbers, that the Government has to do, the rest is our providers. We pay for a service and should not have to pay for unwanted calls or callers calling without having prior business with us in any form.

On January 28 2013, at 3:06 p.m. received the following call:
They are calling for anyone who has suffered from blood clots, deep vein thrombosis, or stroke that has taken Yaz, Yasmine, or Ocella, as they may be entitled to compensation.  Received the same message from 302-268-6660 on February 7, 2013 at 9:55 a.m.

They called my cell on January 28th. I didn't pick up.  They didn't leave a message.

What!   Another Racist Comment?  It's apparently okay to degrade and slur  white presidents but not okay to do the same to black presidents?   You are all a bunch of Racist B*****ds....looking for an issue to mouth  off hue4about.

How is stating  "bet you voted for obama" a racial comment?  When did he mention anything racial?   You are the one who brought up the Racist comment in assuming that it was a commment about is color.   He apparently doesn't like obama as president and you  automatically throw down the Race Card.  
Racism is a two way street, and using the designation " Racist" everytime someone disagrees with the president or anyone else,   is destroying the whole meaning and impact  of actual Racism.  Many did not vote for and many does not like the presidents policies,  but that doesn't mean they base their opnions on his color.

Being on the DO NOT CALL list has turned into a joke. That FTC does nothing at all to stop these calls no matter how many complaints I file all I get is a message that says:

Got a phone call from this number. We are on the do not call list and this is not a recognized number. I should not have any calls from this number.

They called me on the 28th too. When I called back, the automated voice said You may be eligible for financial something. What is going on with the DNC and telemarketers?  If I don't recognize the number, I won't answer.

I did not answer, but called the number back from my land line , after pressing *67.  They played a very official sounding message and asked me to type in the number that I wished not to  receive telemarketing calls.  I was so foolish and did this,  Now, they know that my cell phone is a valid number.  This was my first phishing call on my cell phone number, a number I have had for twenty years.  I am so stupid.  Knew better at the moment.   Now, I have ruined my cell phone perfection.  Rats!

I got a call from that number on 1-28-13 at 11:21 AM PST.  I have caller ID and all it said was ND, USA.  Bizarre display on Do Not Call list forever so WTF are these folks calling. No message left on the voice mail.

I am of the opinion that a lot of people don't know that the DNC list doesn't work quite as well because you have to add your # again after a certain amount of years.  At least here in my state, I believe that the # of years was 8 and the law turned 8 years old last a couple years ago, so your number may not be on the list anymore.  Worth checking into.

I also recieved a phone call from this number at 3:26 P.M on 1/28/2013 and the number says it from ND USA.
I did not answer because I was in a meeting at work, but I am also on the Do Not Call List.

I have registered w/the do not call list at donotcall.gov and have reported calls and texts to them.  Each time, I have stopped receiving calls/texts from said #.  Once we had registered all of our #'s, the # of calls from unwanted people decreased dramatically.  And it seems that reporting the calls/texts does accomplish something.  I only wish that someone could get political calls banned.  But we all know that's not going to happen.

They must take it from you to give it back but they keep more than half of it for themselves. Wake up! Mark my words you see. Then he'll try to blame it on someone else.

Or if you have call forwarding, go to : Youmail.com and follow the instructions. You forward all your calls to them and enter the numbers you want to be ditched. Then it plays a message saying your number has been disconnected. If everyone did that all telemarketers would be out of business.
