They are a large education debt collector.

OK, so not only should you not answer a call from this bunch of jerks, you should also block their number.
If you use Google Voice and block their number, the call will never reach you and they will get a message that the number they dialled is out of service.
This nasty and vicious company have a lot of other numbers so you have to watch out.

My policy is to not answer any call from a number I don't recognise so I never have any diffuclkty with such people and so I never waste my minutes and time.
I let my voicemail take a message if they leave one.

if you read this you losy MF don't call my number again. I think this guy is a piece of stuff and needs to get a real freakin job. toned down for those who may be of younger age. Its a collection agency

they called saying they were a government consulting company that needed following up on a government matter.  they asked me a series of yes or no questions...do you leave at this address, is this your phone number, are these the last four digits of your social.  whatever info they had, didnt match mine, and if they were going to ask my info I was going to hang up.  They thanked me and said that they had several people by my same name they were trying to contact.  i was a bit concerned it was scam of some sort, but they  had none of my info besides my phone number and name.  It sounded liked Linden not Windham though, but I must have misheard

Windam Professionals is a collection agency.  It's no surprise that they were rude and did not provide any information regarding their company.

This is a company called Windam Professionals..........they told me they were following up on a reference.  Wouldn't give me any more information.
