Got a recorded message from someone about financing for my vehicle and to hit 0 if I'm interested

We do have a vehicle for sale and they call our cell phones with this recording and when we hit 0 they hang up on us.  We get these calls daily.

Are the "do not call lists" still valid??

We also have a car for sale.

same thing.  i am on the do not call list and if anyone requires a number I tell them never to call me.  nor have I ever called someone about selling my car.  Tired of the harrasing calls from a prerecorded message.  never contacted this company ever and I know the fine to call if your on the do not call registry and receive repeated calls.  I'm ready to collect.

USA MOTOR SALES AGAIN!  These a**es call me approx 5 times a day every single day.  Usually they are smart enough to call from a blocked number which I send straight to voice mail.  Once in a while they f-up and you can see their real 702 number.

SURE SALE AUTO, LOCAL DEALER MARKETING SERVICES, AUTO SELLER NETWORK, SPECIALTY AUTO NETWORK, EXPERT AUTO, USA MOTORS, ONE STOP MOTORS?? All the same company???. All from 702 area code.
Caller are desperate low-paid(commission only) scumbags from one of these BS market your auto companies.  They will lie to you and tell you they have a buyer for your car.  They spam Auto Trader and Craigslist ads.  They will lie about having buyers, financing, marketing, websites, etc., anything to get you to give them your credit card number so they can charge you for non-existent marketing services.  They also do not follow the law and call numbers on the National Do Not Call List.  They also do NOT maintain a Federally Required Do Not Call List internally.  Asking them to put you on their Do Not Call List will get you nowhere.   These scumbags will call back again and again and again to harass you.  Avoid these frauds !

Also, after they call, please go to :

and file a complaint against these frauds for calling you if you are on the national do not call list or if you have already told these scumbags to put you on a Federally required internal do not call list.


Also, these companies are VERY WELL KNOWN for coming to these sites and posting fake praise for their company.  It's part of their plan.  They know they get flagged all over the internet and search out the complaints.  They post fake good reports about themselves continually.

Keeps calling me and waking me up. I pick up and no one says anything then I call back and its just a dead end as there's no information system.  I have never heard of a telemarketing "car selling service" as others have posted. Seems like a scam to me.  Do they ask to have the car before sending payment? They also have other numbers they call from which I find odd for a telemarketer.

After being jerked around from some smart a** I told him I didn't need his help and told him not to call me again. He laughed and said, "sure".

I got the same recorded VM that says they are a leading financeer of vehicles like mine and if I'm interested, to hit 0

i just got the call, it was an automated recording, said it was calling on my vehicle for sale, they can sell it quicker with no commissions.  To press "0" to be transfered to a rep.  I hung up.
