On 10/04/13 I received a voice mail message from 702-262-7877.  A person who first identified herself as Dori Estrada then later identified herself as Dori Lee left a message for me to call her at 1-800-269-2793 as she was instructed by the General Manager and part owner of Health Center to look into my matter.  I immediately called back.  

In summation, Dori told me that:

1. My order was cancelled and she was working on my refund per the instructions of my bank.  I told her that I had not filed a complaint with my bank, therefore, she could not have received any correspondence requesting a refund.  She called me a liar.

2. She threatened me with litigation if I continue to post our conversations on this blog.

3. That Health Center receives over 120 Better Business Bureau (BBB) complaints a year and they have plenty of experience in dealing with people like me.

4. That I will receive a refund in 2-3 months after she receives instructions from my bank regarding the proper procedures for a Master Card refund.      

Getting my money back for this snakeoil was impossible.  Their product is a scam and their money back guarantee is worthless

Make sure to report them to the BBB and post on scam alerts. These people are evil. I had the exact thing happen to me. With the help of my bank, BBB and FedEx (yes, FedEx) I was able to get my money back.

The only thing you've got is an IQ that is 72 pts. below the world average. SHILL!

These posts are sporadic and go back YEARS; I believe them over you in a heartbeat. Sadly, you're just making this company look even worse with your attempts here.

I've customer of Health Center for 10 years, and what you all are saying here is BS  Obviously you one of the disgruntled competitors that are trying to damage the name and reputation of an excellent product.  Don't forget that you can be tracked because the people you are hurting are the public that don't get to use this wonderful product.  It's made all the difference in my life and my family's life

I called 800-269-2793 at 10:30 AM to confirm yesterday's order cancellation and spoke to "Tom".  "Tom" told me that someone from customer relations will call me soon.  At 12:56 PM I received a telephone call from (702) 262-2005 from an unspecified female with an Aferican American accent.  She first told me that she has been using their produst for 8 years and credited the HGH product with the healing of her broken ankle.  I again asked if my order was cancelled. She refused to cancell the order and told me that I must first use their product for 90 days and return 3 empty bottles.  I then told her that I was unwilling to put their product in my body.  She became arguementitive and in a fit of anger disclosed that they have had over 100 complaints with the Better Business Bureau and are experienced in fighting negative business allegations and refund demands.  I then told her that I have discovered numerous negative posts about her company.  She then told me to have a good life and hung up.

I ordered 3 bottles after I was told there would be a %100 money back guarantee.  I then called back about an hour later to cancel the order.  "Eddie" refused to cancel, then offered to sell the product to me for 1/2 price, I said no.  He then charged my credit card.  Total scammers only after your $$.

No message - just a missed call on my cell

I got the same thing.  Asked for me by name, I said "This is she" and he hung up. I have had several calls from this area code (LV,NV) over the past months, but I had never answered it before today.

Received a call today, asking me if I had any health issues, when I asked who it was the caller said it was a health center.  When asked what it was about, the caller got nasty and hung up.  This person called several times before so I finnally answer the phone. Just what I though another con-artist just trying to get over on you.

called several times to my cell, normally i dont answer if i dont know the number, they have left no voicemails only silence. i happened to answer and they asked for me by name but it was somone i didnt know so i said "no, can i take a message?" and they hung up on me before i could get out "message". i tried to call back and got a busy signal, the third time i got ringing and after a few it went click like someone answered but nothing but silence.

someone from this number keeps calling me, they never leave a msg, I never answer, I am on that federal no call list, maybe I will report them.

Keeps calling me all hours of the day. Have reported to have my number taken off of their call list, but continue to call me!

This number called me but hung up before I answered. I called back but got a busy signal a few times. I finally got through but it sounded like someone picked up the phone and wouldn't say anything and then hung up.

I received a strange call on me cell phone by someone named Janice or Janet asking for me by name. She said she was calling from the health center. She kept asking if it was really me, which I never said yes. She said oh ok, if this not you then bye. I called the number back several times and someone just answered the picked it up and clicked the phone off. I looked it up on the internet and the number was located out of Las Vegas, NV. Very strange indeed…

Keeps calling - no message.  On call back, voicemail with no greeting.

Keep getting calls from this number. Whitepages.com says it is a place in Navada. I am not behind on anybills so it is not a collections call. Never leave a VM.

Received a call from this number. My Caller ID showed "Health Center I". When I answered, I heard ringing like it was calling somewhere else. Is this one of those groups that calls numbers until they find one that's legit then rips it off for hours and hours of overseas calls???

This number 702-262-7991 called me and left no message. I do not recognize this number.  The caller Id showed Nevada.  When I called them back I got no answer. The phone kept ringinging and ringining. No voice mail.Strange. Indeed.

I received a call from a chick she asked for me by name and I asked who is speaking and she hung up. I have a feeling these people are getting numbers from scholarship websites. I was just filling out scholarship give away applications and got the call right after. I am also on the National Do not Call list I see I have to report these people asap. If these are con artist they are barking up the wrong tree, I am a broke college student and can barely buy my next meal.

This number has called me a few times, I finally answered the other day. This woman said she was "Cheryl" from some health center and she asked if it was I who she was speaking to. I said yes in a 'why-are-you-calling me' kind of tone and she hung up. Whenever I try to call back it's busy or it just keeps ringing and nobody answers.

Lady asked for me by name.  I answered, "this is he"... then she hang up.
