I just got another call from this number.  It came through at 8:09 PM.  The caller ID now says "GRP" instead of "Unavailable."  I assume the GRP stands for Green Relief Project, but who knows?  These people are marketing geniuses!  Seeing GRP flash on the phone is going to be irresistible to people on the other end of the call.  They can't help but answer the call!  

Unwanted calls from solicitor.

this company has called several times soliciting for clean energy.  These calls are a bother and I do not want them calling.

This number 702-266-9828 will come up on "caller I.D." as KB Homes.  They call four or five times a week even though my phone number is unlisted and is also on the Federal and State "No Call List"  Can't seem to stop the calls and I work nights so it's a real pain...

Green Relief Project - showing up as a local area code, drumming up leads to sell solar systems and installation - they keep calling even when stopped mid-speech and told NO. They are paid commissions by contractors for successful sales leads - it isn't a reach to establish them as a telemarketer.

I did a little net searching and found the Green Relief people operate a call center in Tempe, Arizona where they make calls to "qualify" potential customers to be visited by a "consultant" who in turn schedules the customer for any solar energy equipment purchases from a contractor.  I wonder too if you are locked into the solar contractor they choose or if you can get estimates from other contractors.  While it's true the call center employee is not selling anything when they first call, they are starting the process for an eventual sale.  From what I can tell looking at the link on their site listing available solar energy rebates, etc. my only benefit would be to having a solar/tank-less water heater installed.  These water heaters are expensive and would take several years for any cost benefit.  Since I have been on the Do Not Call list for several years I would be very leery of doing business with a company that continues to call my number even after I have spoken to one of their employees and told them I was not interested.  It's also annoying when they start their conversation by asking how much I pay for electricity in the summer and winter, and if I live in a single-family residence, etc.  It's really none of their business since I never agreed to be "pre-qualified" in the first place.  The phone number they use will remain blocked on my phone.

I doubt this is a legit outfit since I am getting repeated calls and have been on the Do Not Call List for years.  The script they follow while on the phone with you sounds like one of those "It's too good to be true . . . " spiels.

The Green Relief people are still calling even after being blocked on my phone.  They appear to be clueless.

I did get called by them. Does anyone know for sure its an independent  solicitation group not connected with the government?

"Green Relief Project" rang my cell phone with an automated call saying they were experiencing high call volume!

The telemarketer originally called 3/20/14, asking for my wife and stating she represented "Green Relief Project."  I blocked the number on our phone a few days later.  They have attempted to call once a day from 3/27/14 through today 4/03/14..  I'm tempted to unblock them and start blowing a police whistle into the phone if this keeps up.

BS telemarketing...green something org...multiple annoying calls

I have recieved 5 calls in one day from this outfit. I did thier opt out, but they continue to call. So now I have blocked them. We should not have to put up with the constant calls.

These people called twice. They started off saying they were not selling anything and they are from green energy. I said no thanks and hung up. Less than 24 hours later they called again and asked for my husband by name. I hung up and blocked the number.

:After usual delay after my answer - live person came online and began spiel about   "Green Energy"  which was my cue to say no thanks and hang up.
