call every day and never leave a message

I get these calls frequently on my cell phone and it is some kind of Healthcare plan.

called yesterday.  I just dialed the number and I got "goodbye" when it picked up!!  I called it three times! let them pay for it.

I've been getting calls from this number on my home phone, today on my cell phone!

I get two or three phone calls a week from this phone number I have unsubscribe, but not results they still do it and I am sick of them. I want them to stop calling me.

I get this call once or twice a week.  Recorded message for affordable healthcare

Called my cell phone, but the caller hung up before I answered.  Had my phone at my side, it rang twice before I picked up.  I called the number and got a "This is a subscriber based blah blah blah, your number is not recognized by our system, to unsubscribe please enter your number starting with the area code."

I did, and then it hung up.
I will probably get tons of damn calls from pricks looking to sell crap in the next few years for doing something as stupid as this.  I knew better but called the number back anyways.
