Even without sending a validation request, debt collectors have certain rules they must follow when it comes to contacting you over the phone. I have downloand "mr number" from the app store and it blocks all unlisted# and spam calls.  so i never have the opportunity to answer it.  i just called it back and it is talking about if my family has been denied healthcare or my heathcare is too expensive.  This guy must be a busy dude!

I got a call when I was on another call...went to voice mail...blank voice mail.  After reading the posts here someone said WCA and I have been getting calls from them when I pick up...it is a recording, and it has the option to opt out of future calls.  I think I get emails from them also.  I think that someone is selling our numbers to this place.   I went to some dog fairs and filled out forms to win something...maybe they got my info that way.

It's a auto dial scam. If you put your name or number in to ANY type of contest (like at festivals or something) this will auto dial you all of the time. My husband did it like a dummy and I get the calls constantly now. UGH!

Spam call, no voicemail so I called back because I was expecting a call.  Someone needs to report these guys! They said they "recognized my number as being a subscriber and that I was automatically entered into a daily $100 prize give away. ...I hung up.

I have gotten 2 calls from this number and like many I do not answer callers I don't recognize.  Didn't leave  a message.

Like many listed I did not recoginze the number and did not answer. I called back from and different phone and it said it did not recognize the number I was calling from and gave an option to remove a number. Must be some type of sales call from a company called WCA (not sure what it stands for). I called back from the phone they called and it says we tried to reach me and gave some options.

This is a scam - they keep calling & calling. Doesn't matter anymore if you're on the do no call list - they must be above the law.

I received a call from this number - i goggled it and it is spam

this number comes on caller ID as unavailable.....probably a bill collector...definitely Boulder city, nevada exchange tho.

Some sort of "give away" and they call everyday ... I called back - option 5 to cancel them calling again .. then listened to bunk for about a minute then option 1 to cancel the calls.   Recording said it takes about 7 business days for the calls to stop.  Hope this helps!

I'm like Michele, I don't answer if I don't recognize the number.  I didn't call back though.  This number will now get a special ring tone so I know not to bother answering.  Eventually they will get another number and try all over again.  Thanks to all for posting.

Just received a call from this number. I dont answer calls from numbers I dont know so let it go to voicemail and the voivemail was blank... Tried calling back and got a recording saying it did not recognize the number im calling from and to enter the number i registered with or call back from that number... WHAT IN THE WORLD lol
