I was trying to Southwest Airlines and somehow ended up with them on the phone.

They lied saying this was a promotion supported by SWA.
The first lady lied when she told me they were not trying to sell me anything.
Like an idiot, I signed up.
I cancelled within an hour when I rec'd the confirmation which clearly stated they are trying to sell time shares.
If they mess with me, I will go to Vegas and handle this "old school" style

Did you know that if they are calling you on your cell phone & you have not given your Number to them or you have your number on the do not call list it is against Federal Spam Call Laws. There is active class action lawsuits being filed on companies (legit & not) doing this. Pull up TCPA Lawsuit Investigation Settlement. I worked the flip side to telemarketing. I worked customer service for a newspaper in CA. I was the sounding board for the people that were tricked into a subscription or papers started for deceased or blind people. I really have no sympathy for them. It takes a very "special" kind of person to do that kind of job. Good luck.

Resort Stay is DEFINITELY a scam.  They must be paying off authorities in order to remain in business for so long.  Its true that they'll hire anyone and anything that walks through the door and it doesn't matter if the person has a police record.  All they want are people to come in and help them make money by lying to customers to get them to buy a vacation package.

A lot of times the employees will lie to customers by referring to themselves as managers, they'll steal from other co-workers by telling callers the person they're calling for isn't there but will make certain that person gets the credit if they buy a vacation package.

Another fact that proves Resort Stay International is a scam is the fact that numerous casinos have closed accounts with them because they sent out too many bad paychecks and refused to pay the casinos the money they owed them.  They know they're in trouble because they had to eliminate their day shift and combine it with the evening shift along with keeping all managers.  In fact, when one employee wound up with more than 20 cancellations in a week after lying to the customers about which hotel they would be staying in, the owner simply made him a manager even though he had only been working there for two months.  Anyone else would have been fired.

I would like to know who you complained to, because I would like to make a similar this company is so very unprofessional and everyone that I know that they have called or might call I will be sure to let them know not to do business with this company.  Also, I would like to tell the world how awful this company has been and there poor customer service.

So any information you can share with me regarding the names and addresses of owners and I will submit a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.

I totally agree.  I worked for Resort Stay about a year or so ago, and they are a great place to work.  I had a great time working for them.  I was unfortunately let go due to me messing up, but I would love another chance to work there.  I moved back to Ohio shortly after I was let go.  I am moving back out to Las Vegas in a week and am trying to locate someone to see if they are hiring again.  Again, I had a great time working for them and I loved every minute of the job.

I worked there for three weeks. Absolute craziness. They train you like you work for Disney or something. I collected my base pay those three weeks but was constantly harassed and had the "trainer" over my shoulder coaching me like a tyrant. Totally uncomfortable. They told me I wasn't doing well and needed to work on my customer service skills. Really? I worked on Broadway in New York for 23 years and never had a complaint about my work, yet these bozos want to tell me I am not doing good enough. Maybe the poor people I was calling were picking up on my integrity over the phone. However, they participated in paying me unemployment. Hmmm...Guess they were worried I'd rat on them? LOL. Don't believe their script, don't give any of your information to them and definitely don't work for them unless you want to be trained like you're trying out for the olympics,

Richard Braglia runs Resort Stay International and it is owned by Mike Maldune. They have felons pulling credit cards over the phone and they do not care who they hire. They are not licensed through the NV Real Estate Division and have not since they opened. I use to work for this company and quit because they would not do things the LEGAL WAY. This is a company that gives your information to criminals without a second thought. I know this for a fact because I was made to hire people with ankle bracelets on. (House arrest) When I brought up the fact that we were not licensed by the NRD......I was told, AND WE WON'T BE EITHER. Please do not respond to them and file a complaint. They have been doing this for years!

Tell them you do not have a credit card or checking account and they will NEVER call you again!!! Tell them you pay cash for everything :) Promise you that will stop them FAST....

Complain..This is the dumbest company EVER!!!! They have more than one copy of each of these "drawing slips" so you will get numerous calls all day and night..Even from the same person. It's not a total scam but it is annoying none the less..They are rude and extremely pushy and will even get The manager on the phone to bully you into giving your card #. Yes you order pizza and shoes and other things on the phone, at a store, at a bar but don't GIVE YOUR NUMBER to these idiots..They work on how many deals they get and the pushy owner/manager/a***ole stands over these underpaid people..I had the unfortunate experience of working there for a short amount of time and felt horrible calling people..Thankfully I did get some nice people on the phone-didn't get anyone out but that's cause I'm a terrible bully. Good luck getting your name of the DNC list..They don't care..It's a sad company..

I am getting missed calls everyday and i dont know who callls me.. I called this number back.. it justs keeps on ringing and then cuts off.. this is wrong..

asked for my husband by name and when i said he was not available i was hung up on. what happened to the don't call list????
