same as the other posts but I can find a hard address on this man . I've been taking these people to court all the numbers like this and getting up to $12,000 nuisance Awards  from the courts if you have the time and you can track them keep sueing them its  the only way they'll stop  I just paid for a new motorcycle from these nuisance fees. most of them have already done time for this  the courts just give you the judgment ...

grabbed part of what Shaun reported in the comments, left on voice mail.

" press "1" now to participate................This will be your only notice to respond. Press "8" to opt out and be denied government assistance. Again, press "1" now to talk to a representative."

Glad I didn't hit any buttons - I came close. Didn't realize it might generate more calls. Grateful for this site that I can check to see who else gets these phoney calls.  Bottom line is, if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is.  The caller was Jerry Derosia from the 702-340-2085 #.   Reading "angrygramma's" post, any number that calls you but you can't call them I would say is spoofed!  I've never even HEARD of "not accepting calls at this time" coming from a solicitor's #!  Smells fishy.....

How people can continue to take advantage of people who are already having hard times is screwed.  I really hope they get theirs.

Out of curiosity I did a *57 to trace and a*69 to see what happened.  Got "...not accepting calls at this time..." recording.  So is this number spoofed or not?

I got a call on my cell phone, which charges by the call/minute. (I know... I'm behind the times.) Not sure how they got the number, but they begin their call, "This is an emergency call!... " then go on to say that they are letting consumers know they can eliminate their debt... Since this is an emergency cell number, I listened until I realized it was a scam.
I hope the fact that I answered doesn't make this continue.

These calls are from different numbers, but all the same. What they do not mention is the fee they charge to eliminate your debt and the black mark on your credit rating from shedding the debt.

The usual criminal scam. Notice the logical error in their sales pitch. "This is your only notice" and "press #key to opt out"  As in all phony calls, never press any key. This lets them know that a human is listening in and it encourages them and others to phone you more frequently.
