I received a phone call from this number also but because I was changing my daughter's diaper I let it go to voicemail.. A man left a message telling me he was calling from the International Audit Claims and Revenue Services and it was very important that I call him back at 1-876-286-6279. I won't be calling him back, as this is a scam! He also didn't use my full name, just my nickname so I knew it wasn't a legit phone call!!!

Bill Kaufman left a message on my phone saying it was in my best interest to call him immediately @ 702-359-1230 / end of message is indecphirable

They are still at it .... I received the same call on 2014-06-09, from 'Bill Kauffman' from the 'Golden Nugget Clearing House' (which does not exist). When I asked for the address to travel and personally pick up my $2.8M winnings, he deferred saying he would email H&R Block so that they, as my 'tax advisors', could give me the address information. He refused to cc me on that supposed email. So I waited until late last night and called him back, but there was no official greeting nor voicemail facility. Then today June 10 I received a message from 'Bill Kauffman' again, stating ... "someone called me last night at the 'International Audit & Claim Coalition' ".

Message left at my # from Mr. Bill Kaufman from the International Audit claim and Revenue Commission telling me it was in my best interest to return his call at 702-359-1230.  Totally different # than appeared on the call display.  I'd say scam!!!

We recieved numerous calls from David Willhelm from International Audit Claim and Revenue Commission from 702-359-1230  rather than 702-359-1228 with the same line that it is in our best interest to call back. Obviously the same scam.

I just got the same message and call from Bruce Ackerman claiming I'd won 2.5 million (mentioned BBB, PwC, etc.)  Thank god I just checked online while he was talking and thanks to all the respondents above...I cut him off very quickly.

I am in Saskatchewan Canada, and recievied a call from 7023591230, from a Bruce Ackerman he claims my husband won 2.5 mill. he says he is calling from Internatioal Audit
claims and revenue Services , from Los Vegas Nevada, he even mentioned ,  Price Water House. i am sure its the same bunch of scam artists as listed in all these other posts. He has a forign accent aswell. Im phoning police and finding out who else I need to report this too!

My call came from a Mr. Cooper and the call came from Jamaica. He told me I won some prize and told me to call 1-876-291-4092 and give a reference #. When I didn't he called back 2x. I kept the guy talking to get as much information as I could out of him after he told me I won 3.5 mill. and a Mercades and they would be delivered to my house the next day. All I need is my is and a cash card from walmart.  I asked the name of the company again and Googled it and came up with this site and told him all about it. No more calls!!!!

I had won a couple of million dollars.  Could pick it up in Ottawa at 104 Industral Terrace.  I could not find the street in Ottawa area.  I could have the prize delivered by Brinks for a cost of $200!

ya just talked to paul walker as he called back told him it was a scam as i was reading the above messages. tried to tell me they where lies  and a legit buisness then hung up.

I got a call today from paul walker and he clamed to be from the national Audit & claims Revenue dept. from Las vegas . claming to be a lawer , and he was appointed to respercent me , and it was in my best intress to contack him.  god this guy is good, cant help but to wonder how many people loose there life savings to these guys ? hes suspost to call me back .

Got a call from Paul Walker, told me I have to pay $200.00 to a Brenda Lee McCaffrey with H&R Block in Ontario Canada, to receive a lottery win. Please let me know if this is a scam or not.

This moron using a heavy Jamaican/Nigerian type accent along with a mouthful of rocks, with the North American/British name of Paul Walker, left a message on the home phone, claiming to work for Immigrations Customs Enforcement Unit in Nevada. Said it would be in my best interest to call back.....wish there was a way to find him and have him deported along with his scam artist circle. SCAM!!

Yes me too - exactly the same thing. Paul Walker at the Audit Claims and Revenue Commission told me I had won $2.5million -  I told him to send it to me in writing he hung up after that.

My 80 year old Mother received a call from "Paul Walker" 702 359 1228 and was told she had won "left over lottery" winnings. She lives in Canada. He said she should write a cheque for $248.. and someone would pick it up. I'm disgusted and distressed and will call our Fraud Division in Ontario.

I got a message from Bill Diamond at the National Audit and Claims Revenue Dept in California regarding a payment I was to receive.  The man's voice was very garbled (like he had a mouth full of rocks) and stressed the importance of calling him at this number.  Scam!!!!

I got the same call from Paul Walker at 12:30 in the afternoon saying that he was from the International Audit Claims and Revenue Services and that it would be in my best interest to call, then it became garbled and no matter how loaud I tried to play the message the last part was very garbled. I called back that evening and got his VM saying sorry he missed our call and to call back at a more sutiable time. I called from work the next day and the message said the same thing. If it's what other people ghave said and they are asking for money in order to get more money, I sincerely hope no one gets taken in by it.

Got a call from Paul Walker at the number 702 359-1228 claiming I'd won 2.5 mill. dollars and that I just had to go to a Western union and get my receipt for the cost of the Brinks truck ( $200. ) They would not collect till the truck arrived and I show 2 pieces of I.D. The never asked for money before hand or personal info so I thought maybe this could be true. However, he couldn't give me a website address or the name and number of anyone above him, and it appears from the posts here, I'm not the only "winner"!

This guy is a definite fraud. The calls are coming out of Nevada and he's claiming to work for the Canadian IRS ???  Since when does a Gov. agency farm out that type of work across borders?

Received message from Paul Walker stating it is in my best interest to call and that he was from International Auditing & Revenue. Figured it was a scam with a 702 call back number.

I received the same call from Paul Walker, very hard to understand if it was real he would be clear and concise. This is a scam, they never know your first name just how it is recorded in the phone directory. It is a scam.

I just received a call from Brian Harding saying I won 2.5 million.
He said I could pick up the cheque in Las Vegas Nevada or
have it shipped to me for $400.00. How are they getting all
the info from us, I live in Canada? i said thanks for making
my day that I would pick up in Nevada

I got the glen fordeck call too.  Won't call back.  International Auditing & Revenue Commission.  Thanks for the feedback.

I got a message from a Glen something or other...couldn't understand...said he was from some gaming and lottery corporation, and that it was in my best interest to return his call.   I don't think so!  Scam!  The call came through as private name unknown number, so my telemarketer guard caught it and sent it to voice mail, so I didn't have the opportunity to tell him off in person.
