This # came up as "Service Call" in our caller ID.  We were unable to take the call at the time.  Since they did not leave message we did not return the call.  They've only called once, so far.

I forgot to mention the number they tell me to call back is (702) 359-5579.  I will be reporting them as soon as the FTC website is running again.  (Stupid government shut down!)

Same here, Anita!  They've left a message on my machine, TWICE.  I think they are calling right now, because they know the Government website is inactive at the moment.  I don't care if they are "associated with a diabetes foundation", they never said anything about that, and they didn't call before the government shut down.  Write down the information, and REPORT THEM as soon as you are able!

Caller ID show Service Call. Hi my name is Ann, your insurance say I am a diabetic. I am not and insurance planner do not release that info. They have their own plan for diabetics.
I call back and Ann goes through her talk. I said I am not a diabetic. She hung up, call back and she hung again. I call back and she answer. Told to go f her self. Will keep calling her back.
I have in the pass to ask them stop calling.

Survey
It's a medicare fraud scheme.   They try to get the Medicare numbers of diabetics and quickly bill the gov't for bogus or overpriced sale of diabetes supplies.

One rep tried to get me to agree to accept a pump that would supposedly assist with impotence saying, "Diabetics often have this problem..."  They simply want to create some scenario or shipment that allows them to place a plausible bill against the Medicare/Medicaid #.

I can't believe the gov't doesn't police this more vigorously.

A david van healthy call came over my cell phone. I am an older adult. Both cell and land line are on the do not call list. Only a few people have my cell number and i have a limited number of calls before i go over the limit.
I have called my insurance company...and filed the complaint with FCC.
This is a scam because when i tried to tell him to remove me from his list he hung up on me.

They call at least 3-5 times a day over the last 3 months! I am on the do not call list so technically they shouldn't be contacting me at all!

He's a diabetic testing meter automated solicitor. Goes by many names but mainly David. He's a fisher n just fishes for information and even if asked to be placed on the do not call list he will continue to call multiple times a day with no message. Don't answer it to avoid the charges from ur carrier.
Also if it exceeds 10 +calls a day is report to the law enforcement for harassment. Careful he does change the numbers up from time to time. Once again he is a SCAMMER.

Registering in the dnc will not work for this scammer- they are falling under rules that say non profit organizations do not have to abide by the dnc registers, and this number affiliates itself with the American diabetes association.

This company calls me 24/7.  Sometimes more than 8 times a day, and all on my cell phone.  I do not want calls from this number to any number I am associated with.

How do I get rid of them?  This is harrassment.

I called them back and HE said "Hi its david van healthy how are you today?" So I told him I'm not diabetic in a harsh way. All he said was uhuh. I didn't know how to reply to that sp there was a little pause but then I told him to stop calling me and again he said uhuh. Right after that he hung up so that's proof that its not a machine, he's just a guy with no life pretending to be a machine. GO TAKE A WALK IN THE PARK HOW DOES CALLING PEOPLE CREEPILY ENTERTAIN YOURSELF

When I asked to speak to a manager, the guy laughed at me and hung up. When I continued to receive these calls after requesting being put on their do not call list several times, I contacted a lawyer about harassment. I was told by the lawyers, after they researched the number and company name, that the company is under the umbrella of the American Diabetics Association and is therefor considered a non profit, and that because of that status they are not FCC regulated the way collectors or telemarketers are so basically they are beyond recourse. So I called the American Diabetic Association to complain about them.... and get this.... THEY HAVE NEVER HEARD OF, nor do they have any affiliations with a company called Diabetic Healthcare America....

I don't think so, I think he just sounds very robotic. I only say this because when I asked to speak to his manager, he actually laughed at me. Don't think text to speech can do that.
