Look up the rules in your State, Province. Collectors can call as early as 7am in some places, and multiple times a day until you've contacted them. No calls after 9pm seems to be pretty standard.

Tele  marketers  can  be  fined  BIG  TIME  for  calling  BEFORE  9  AM  and  AFTER  9  PM  in  your  time  zone .

DNC has never worked so why should it be any different now? Honoring DNC is voluntary on callers part and FCC clearly says there is nothing they can do about call soliciting in most cases. Best solution is get a LOUD whistle or boat horn and blast the phone, after you get a real person on the line, every time you get one of these calls.

I'm told DNC list is not working during the shutdown. Picked up this time and got a recorded voice. When it asked "How are you today?", I responded "I am on the Do Not Call list", and got an immediate apology and promise to not call again. We'll see, but a good start.

But then, in Europe its about health care and keeping people healthy. In the U.S. its about keeping the stockholders happy.

Call only showed Las Vegas on caller ID.  Morning call approx. 9am.  No message left.  I get about a half dozen of these types a calls a week and They never pick up when I call back.  Being on the national 'No Call' list does not help either!  Why aren't these idiots being fined or worse put in jail.  I don't care what they are calling about I don't want them bugging me at all hours!  

Not only once, but twice within a minute this call came in. I am glad that I read the other comments. I will not pick up.

702-359-5608 calls me multiple times everday on my cell phone.  I never answer and they never leave a message,  I think they are trying to sell me health insurance cuz I get bombarded by health insurance sales people after I signed up for AARP.  Never again!

Just got a call from this number 702-359-5608. I did not pick up, They left no message. I have downloaded Mr.Number APP. so I can program it to hang up on all spam callers.

Received call today.  Didn't pick up.  They didn't leave any messages.  Caller ID says "Las Vegas, NV"

constant stream of spam calls.  no messages.  did not answer since I have been getting numerous spam calls on my cell despite registering on the DO NO CALL government website.

Call almost every day. I let machine pick up but they never leave s message  I've tried calling  back & pressing 1 to be placed on the do not call list but let's face it, that list is another great idea (from our government) that does not work!

A robocall regarding a dental plan. The robocall "responds" to the call recipient to keep you on the line until a live person gets on the phone.
