Thanks. You provide a wonderful service. It is DIRECTV SURVEY.
| eric 2014-06-12 01:08:57 Unknown |
It's Directv calling to take a survey regarding some interaction you had with them recently.

Called today and didn't answer. Googled the number and found this website. Called the number back which directed me to call 800-329-6909. It's a 4 questions DirecTV survey on how their response was to a problem. Take the survey and you won't get any more calls.

I do not wish to take a survey about my experience speaking with a technical support representative. I can assure them that it is not their staff that they need to overlord. It is the s****y way they make contracted promises to suck in customers just to shake them down eighteen months later when their service gets wonky, and they refuse to fix it until the last dime rattles to the floor!!

Stop calling my number, I do not have Directv anymore.
| Annoyed 2014-05-13 16:07:00 Unknown |
Direct TV has no reason to ask me about a survey. I have never subscribed to Direct TV ever...

Thank you for saying what I was thinking. Some of these posts are just plain irrational.

Didn't answer it the first time. Checked this site and found out it was Direct TV. Answered when they called back and took the survey, which took me a whole 10 seconds. Calls stopped after that. So if it is pissing you off I suggest taking the survey.

Actually, as a call center employee I can tell you they use these surveys against the employees... So if you had a pretty nice person on the phone do them a favor and answer the survey positively... When the agent gets negative surveys they use it to control the choices of shifts the employee can choose from, if they can take time off, if they get the same "rewards and recognition" as the rest of the employees... They treat us call center employees like kindergarteners, we get a gold star if you answer the survey positively!!

I am so done with DirecTV can't wait until my contract is up . . . If I thought a survey would help then I would take it. I don't know why the even ask you to take a survey, nothing changes.

This guy is a jerk. He called my phone every 15 minutes for 5 hours. I finally answered the phone and yelled at him.

Yeah, was helping a relative with her DirectTv bill. This was an automated survey bot calling about satisfaction with the call. The robot called twice, I hope that is it.

If you do business with a company they can contact you whenever they want. The DO NOT CALL REG. LAW DOES NOT APPLY. If you read you contract with most companies it states that they can contact you. You signed and agreed. Get over yourself. Your time is not so earth shattering valuable that you cant deal with something as minor as this.

I recently had an issue with DirecTV and this number has called me twice now in 2 days. They never leave a voice mail and I'm not answering a call from someone I don't know.

This is Directv calling with a survey regarding a recent call with them. If you have Directv and you have made a call to them then the DNC Registry DOES NOT APPLY. by you making a call to them, you have given them consent to call you back. Basically you have given them permission therefore the DNC regulations are not applicable. If you want them to stop calling, then you need to call them and tell them to stop the calls. One you have officially informed them then by law they must stop.

The reason they hang up when you answer is because the computer dials 5 people at a time and the computer takes the first caller that picks up. As advanced as computers are these days they don't have the software at Direct tv to connect all the dialed numbers to a different computer as they pick up. Weird I know. Call them back and threaten to cancel the service if they keep calling you over a survey. Or tell them you are completly unhappy with what ever service they are calling about. This will normally get a manager to contact you and they are the onces that can switch your account to not recieve these types of calls.

Um, no, as a matter of fact, the law has changed.. It went into effect on the 16th of October, 2013..

This is childish and not what the FCC service is for. Go to the FCC website and actually read the information. DirectTV can legally contact their customers regarding the service they provide you. Dont like it? Do what I did and CALL THEM like ADULTS and politely request that they kindly remove you from all call lists.
