Just got a call from this number myself.  Thanks for the details.  I think it's part of Clark County Collections, a group of sleazebags in the Las Vegas NV area.

Today is Thursday, May 28, 2009. The following numbers all belong to the same DONALD SHAKTMAN MA 702-734-5855, 702-732-4923, 702-369-5945. Two address' for the same person: 850 East Desert Inn Road, LV NV 89109 702-734-5855, 702-732-4923 and 702-369-5945 in the phone book for Jan/Dec 2008 and 9580 West Reno Avenue, LV NV 702-732-5855 in the phone book for Apr2009/Jun2010.
GEE, doesn't take much to look in the phone book or on the internet. Hope this helps others and I will file a complain with my Attorney General's office since I am on a do-not-call list and I am getting tired of these illegal calls!

The just called me and hanged up.  I saved the number as TELEMARKETER.
I'm also on the DO NOT CALL list.  How can we get this loser FINED?

This is a local (NV) telemarketer who just laughs when you mention the Do-Not-Call legislation.  There are several other numbers also associated with this sleazebag.

Just saw my cell phone has missed a call, saw this number and it led me to here.  Scumtards like this need to die.

First time I received a call from this a***ole.

Called on May 24, 2009.  Did not leave a messgae.  Caller ID stated: Don Skaktman MA (MA was cutoff, probably Marketing) 369-5945.  Was a local call to us - 702 area code.

There has been several calls from this alledged person in the past.  YES, we are on the DO NOT CALL LIST since its begining.

Oh yes, the FCC (or the agency responsible for the DO NOT List) will not do anything about these violaters, I know because I have tried.

received calls from this number and when I tried calling back it was busy busy and still busy.  Got back to back calls from this number with no messages.... I'm on the do not call list .  We can all see how well that worked???!!!  Still busy. It's been 20 minutes of busy signal. I give up.  Must be an automatic phone dial system.

But these automate computer generated sales or fake collection agencies calls do not abide by the the US laws,believing they will never be prosecuted...

These restrictions do not apply to calls made for an emergency purpose or when the called party has given their prior express consent.

In addition, the regulations bar anyone from making a call to a residential line of any type using an artificial or prerecorded voice without the prior express consent of the called party. These restrictions do not apply to calls:

is this a business? I called right back and it was busy. If this is a random sales call, I wish they wouldn't call our cell phones that charge by the minute.  There's gotta be a way for them to figure out which are cell phones.  And Im on the Do Not Call registry either.  Maybe it doesn't work for cells?
