Found many sites and references for similar type of annoyance from this number, caller changes names, different voices, different time off calls, background noise like call center.

In my opinion these people are part of some insurance companies call centers, that is how they know some personal information, they don't have any thing else to do and perhaps psyco characters who feel amusement in such activities.

Can we get hold of them, is their a system?

I got a call from this number today, It was a women's voice, she asked if she could talk to Sarah. I said it depended who she was. She said she was from the technical support team, when questioned what for, she replied for all broadband! I then stated that I had not called for technical support and did not want any. she then said something again which I asked her to repeat. she then hung up the phone!!! guess she wanted a vulnerable person, well that's not me. Get lost woman!!!!!

Stated he was from Consumer Credit Counceling. He was unwilling to give the company phone number or address. He was not willing to give me his name or put me in contact with his supervisor (stating that he was the supervisor. He stated that he would loose his job if he got any complaints, therefore was refusing to get me to his boss or give the requested information. We told him that we were on the no contact list and that his company was violating it. He promised to not call us again, but we have heard that before from this same persons voice. I been receiving these calls for about a month. Just like everybody else I am on Do not call registry. No one answer and no one leaves message.

received two calls from this number today.... there was background noise similar to a call center... nobody spoke and hung up within five seconds

caller placed an add for a free puppy  then wanted money sent western union to pay for shipping this person is a scammer  beware

I have been receiving phone calls from this number a few times now. Luckily everytime I get the call, I'm at work and cant pick up the phone. Never left a voice mail but continues to call. After reading replies from other persons receiving annoying calls from this odd number, I'm looking into blocking this number by my provider. Thank God for this website. I kept thinking that the call was from my ex in the military. Thanks again all

I also got a call from this number two days back. the call lasted about 35 seconds. but no body spoke from other side.

A man from this number called and asked for a persons name that I havent heard about in awhile and when I said that they werent here and asked who he was he huffed into the phone and hung up if you see this number block it from your phone....

The man who calls from this number is harrassing, and cruel. Before my father passed away he spent his afternoons dealing with phonecalls from this man. He asks personal questions, and has harrassed me, my mother and my aunt when she was here. Today when I asked him who he was he bcame belligerent and told me, "Oh you KNOW who I am." I don't know what his deal is but if you recieve a call from this number do NOT pick it up!"

  Way to go, someone finally got the US company paying these overses harassers for leads! Instead of just ventilating, you accepted the Call of Duty and got the info. FF looks familiar. "Consumer Financial" called me on 8-31-10, but dropped call before I could get info on them.

I have been receiving these calls as well and like many of you I would either get hung up on or yelled at.  I always ask "what company is?" and I get multiple answers from someone with an Indian accent trying to push their sales pitch on me.  I finally played along so I could find out which company they would transfer me to.  I was transfered by a 3 way line to  FEDERATED FINANCIAL in Deerfield Beach FL.  When "Cheri"  took over I told her why I was talking and she immediately hung up.   I did not have to give them any info , just had to say "sure I will hear what you have to say"  in order to get to the American compnay who can get in trouble.  Below is the contact info for the scumbags.

Earlier posts reference "+91..." India's country code is 91. This Indian call center is trying to harvest debt settlement leads w/ upfront fees before the new Telemarketing Sales Rule banning upfront fees kicks in on Octiber 27, 2010.  Does anyone know the name of the US company that's selling these leads?

OMG! How many phone #'s do these scammers have? This one says he's from consumer credit counseling, and can't even speak english or pronounce my simple name!! I told him, no you're not, I know their phone number, and don't call here again I am reporting you!! Maybe if we keep reporting these numbers, which if you try to call, you can't, b/c they are fake numbers, then someone will finally do something to these people!

This is the 10th day straight that I have gotten a call from this number.  I have asked every time to stop calling me and they still call....i'm going to purchase a whistle and let them have at it in their ear!  They identify themselves as a mortgage company each time.....I have never done any business with these people....I only have ONE DEBT and that is my local mortgage company.  I contacted them and they have informed me that they do not do business with this company and advised me to not give any information out to them!   These people should be stopped harrassing people!!!

Calling every 5th day, some times stating Insurance company, some time has personal details, sometimes doesn't speak, very annoying, can we find who this number belongs to??
