I've gotten tons of emails from explore talent, I called to find out if the casting were really and was immediately told I needed to pay them in order to submit my daughter. As soon as someone asks for money, run. You do not need to pay any website if you or your child has talent and the drive to pursue this dream. I just got a text from a different number telling me to call this one for a commercial. Best wishes to all of you out there!

I got a text from them saying that new faces were needed for a Kleenex commercial. The amount of money it told me I could get was in Euros so you know it isn't American. This company is after your money. Don't work with them. Just have your contact removed if you don't want any more contacts.

I also got a text from them about my child and they told me they have 3 jobs for her to do,They was trying to get me to send them money and give them my card number, I talked to a man name Paul Snider, and  google his name to see what I can find out about him, nun came up on his name. I talked to my husband about it, and I told him I was going to try it, but the number they text me from is not working, and I found this web page about the same thing Explore Talent is a big fat lie, it's not real at all, They are people out here trying to get money out of people and get people hopes up high, I HOPE THE POLICE FIND THEM SOON.

Quite some time ago my wife ran into a person claiming to be a talent searcher, my grand daughter was with her, and they claimed to be interested in having her photographed for future openings. Up until now we've heard little from them other than a few E-mails asking to have her try out for different openings, this was a local company at the time, and it seems that they apparently have connections, and have either sold or referred information to this  Explore Talent, actually the phone number 702-447-0508 is in the Indian Springs Nevada -89018 area,   Be advised, my message was for a part in a Pirate Movie  with Johnny Depp , I have no idea how much of this is true, then again they have no idea who's grand daughter they're dealing with.  there are no listings either white pages or yellow pages in that area for talent, actors, or models they are all within the Las Vegas area, and none have the name of Explore Talent, according to AT&T and  local pages. So whom ever this Petra is claiming to know they are legit You should beware.

I got the same txt msg s about a movie starrng Johnny Depp. One said to call the above number the other txt had a different number - similar issues reported on that number. They must know your age and your interests to gear it towards you   Definitely a scam

I've reported your scamming to all the proper authorities and they are dead on to what you are doing. They are in the process of shutting you down and major fines and jail time,as you deserve. so look forward to hearing from them when they do.

I'm only 11 and this message got sent to my phone from explore talent about some bogus casting call...........................UNCOOL! I'm really trying to make it out here and it's really sad that scams take your money and get your hopes up.

This company is a complete scam.  They texted me and when I spoke to them, they said my daughtter was matched with a tv show, but i need to pay them in order to get submitted.  They give you a run around!!!!  EXPLORE TALENT = SCAM!!!

I called back and the lady said nothing more than " i need to speak to your parents because they set up the page for you"

Never pay a company/person for these types of services. Legit Casting places, Model/Singer/Actor etc, already have agreements with Production Companies for pay.They are paid to cast the project and the production will pay the talent.  Of course for Head Shots, you pay the photographer, but never ever pay for the company to give you a list of castings.Explore Talent ans other places like this are scams. I am speaking on this as a legit working actress in this business. If you are on the east coast, check out patmorancasting.com,betsycasting.com and centralcastingusa.com as well as sag.org to find your city for local casting companies.

They must have had an audition for fraudsters --- and you got the job! YAY!

I got a call from them last week about castings down here in Miami! I was a little skeptical at first but I called them back, set up a profile and I'm going to the audition tomorrow! It's for a huge bikini line that would be seen nationwide. I cant even tell you how excited i am.

Are you guys all aspiring models too? I would call them back! It definitely made my week :)

I'm going to guess that it's not real. Besides, I don't want to pay for something like this when I've got college to worry about.

These "modeling jobs" sound a lot like the "acting jobs tryouts" that hit my area a few years ago.  

The way it works, no matter how ugly you are or how awkwardly you walk or how utterly unsuitable you are for the job you are they tell you that you are great.  To get a fantasitc job, paying several thousand dollars per month, you just need a little training and some professional photographs.  Which the would be happy to sell you for $5000, probably more.  

You pass the class.  You get the photographs.  And they mail you a photocopy from the "help wanted" section of the Los Angeles Times news paper.  They do not help you find a job.  They just move to another city and recruit more victims.  

What they do is deceptive and sneaky, but it is not illegal.

It is not a scam. I actually had signed up to receive those kinds of messages. I got the $800 a day message. I believe it.

I got a similar message for a casting call in Neraska and I live in Missouri. The only way you can possibly get one of these jobs is if you pay at least $70. Do not fall for this it is a SCAM. Just an online website trying to get people's money. If you get an email, send it to the spam folder and if they text you, text back STOP immediatey.
