Please, whoever runs this page, LSRP is obviously a competitor trying to get bad press about 411 Locals out there. I understand some people are going to have complaints, but when something is so obviously planted (and poorly planted) by a competitor, how can justify keeping it on the page?

Yes they are breathers. I pushed the number 5 key and let them hear that for a few minutes. Gave me a thrill knowing I could aggravate them as well as they were doing to me.

Received a call from this number. I did not answer since it was an unknown, long distance caller. They did not leave a message.

I have received a call from this number during the same exact time someone who I was avoiding was trying to contact me.

Answered the phone from this caller but there was nothing on the other end.

The man who owns 411locals.com is a great honest man unlike you, at least his business is thriving and his doors are open everyday a lot more than I can say for you!!!!!!!

Simply put, 411 locals is a scam. You can even look up in google "411locals.com fraud" and get a ton of relevant search results. Should you get listed and a truely SEO optimized placement? Yes. Should you use 411locals in my opinion? NO. Trust me, these people are not good people. They want your money and don't do any of the work or come through on their promises. If they do, its only pure dumb luck and a few dog and pony show examples in order to say, "see it works." They won't work yours. They won't answer hard (easy in my opinion) questions, they won't even be nice, they won't provide you a contract & according to most complaint boards on the internet - they will not stop charging your credit card and when you dispute it, they will fight you on it & attack you personally.  Simply stated they say and write anything in an email to promise you the world for a song & never, ever issue a refund for non-performance.  A guy in New York is going to jail for employing these same nasty tactics with his customers to achieve "in-famous" popularity online. Run Forest Run. Do not be nasty back, simply ignore, ignore & ignore & never tell them you even read one bad word about them. They are a waste of time & energy. Search your local area, deal with your local guy, or find them based on previous results.

The truth is ...unless you can guess the mathematical algorithm every two weeks...you will not stay in the top 7 listings in your area in your industry...that it what you pay them for.  They know what they are doing and it works every time!!!

I have worked with 411Locals.com and I have seen 100's of transactions. All of which with very impressive results. This is a very ligament and honest company and it was a pleasure working with them. I have nothing to gain by speaking highly of them either. In fact quite the opposite. I now have my own Online Advertising Business and 411Locals.com could be considered one of my competitors but the fact it is they who inspired me to start my own business and I use there business model as my own in many of ways.

Can some people do it themselves? Yes, but obviously now as good as an expert can. There is only an A-G peg on the front page and many people would like to be listed there. No listing on the callerID,Bogus phone number with and answering machine that said'due to the overwhelming responses we are unable to answer your call and we will return your call in 2 days??? They do provide a service that one can do at no charge however 411Locals are advertising specialist who strategically place your listing on Googles A through J listing on Google maps. Woman named Vivian called representing 411-locals.com. She asked if I had internet access, I lied and told her I didn't. She wanted me to update a profile that they have listed on her company's website about my company. Looked them on the BBB website, nothing. Looked them up on reverse phone search, no name but originating from Las Vegas, NV. Then, gave me a number to call back on (866) 391-0622 - which is not listed either. Checked them out on who.is. Website is listed under a Russian woman's name.

Got a call through callwave on my computer. Did not leave a message.
