They call several times a week. No one is ever there sometimes it takes a few moment to hang up but they seem to try a few times.  Nothing ever comes from searches. Who the heck is they and why why why?

I just called these idiots and spoke with a "Jason" and I told him to remove my number from their list. This isn't the first time I've told them to remove my number. I told them that when I next get a call from this number I would report it to the police and "Jason" laughed. I told him I wanted to speak with his supervisor and he disconnected me.
I called back and a very aggressive man named "Eric" told me that it wasn't against the law. (which it is)
He continually interrupted me and I called the phone company which was useless to help me. They told me to get the attorney general's office and report it to them.
The laws are in place for a reason for crying out loud.

I got a call from 702 448 4735.  
I was told they are a mortgage company and they asked if I were a mortgage company or apartment complex.
I told them I was not and they told me to "disregard the call" and hung up.
I called back and told them to look up my number and remove. They asked if I were an apt complex or mort company and I told them it didn't matter WHO I was and to look up my number.
They hung up.
I called again and demanded a supervisor. I was told I was speaking with a supervisor "Eric" and he said "you just called and I told you to disregard the call" and he hung up.
I called again. This time a third man answered the phone and refused to give his name. I told him that I wanted  to give my phone number and have it removed. He demanded to know who I was. I told him WHO I was is irrelevant and that I'd report it to the police.
He hung up.
I called again. I reached the third man again who I immediately told I would "call the police" if he hung up. He again demanded to know my name. I refused and told him my phone number. He argued with me stating that he wasn't going to remove my number because "he didn't know my name and could be speaking with anyone". He said "look, you called me".
I replied "No, you called me. And doing so again is illegal because I am on the Do Not Call List" and if you call again it's against the law.
After several minutes he took my phone number and said he'd remove the number.
Please take action against this company. Thank you.

3:30 in the afternoon (EST), "unknown name" in the caller ID, sounded automated, clicked twice as if trying to hang-up.
