This is not a legit company or busness, the caller is very unprofesssional and claims to be with UPS Delivery Service. He claims he has packages on hold for you. AS soon as I asked to speak to his supervisor, he said F*** you and hung up.

Been called several times within the last few days. Each time they have stated that they work for a UPS delivery service. Calls first started on 10 Jan 11, and came from (876) 589-4300 which is in Kingston, JM. AT&T informed me that didn't have to pay for an incoming call, but if I called them back I would had to pay for the call. The guy calling said he was Michael Moore - Cute!
Yesterday they called again & stated that they were in Las Vegas, the man said his name was Mike Lowery and represented The American Lottery Commission. Said they had $5M for me. When I asked for the tracking number of the package he gave me my zip code. When I asked for the Master Bill number he quickly made up a number. When I asked for the weight of the package he said 405 KM not KG. KM is a distance KG is a weight.
Today they called again. A man named James Carter said his phone number was 702-516-7872.
This time they were International Payout Services, and he said they work with UPS delivery services and are located at 3655 South Las Vegas Blvd., Las Vegas, NV. They now have a new Mercedes for me along with about $2.5M. All I have to do is pay 2% of the delivery charge of about $780. When I asked for the tracking number, master bill number, weight of the package, who was the payer, who is the consignee, etc - he said he would have to call me back with that info. I'm waiting for the call.
Note: Each time they called the reception has not been very clear, and the voice has an accent.
This whole thing makes me think the Nigerians have moved to Jamaica, then on into the US.
