i think there is a dream vacation at 7465 west lake mead blvd., las vegas, nv, 89128. im not sure if it is the same people,... but sounds pretty similar.

these people got my 2495 and left....should have known better.....its a good thing I'm kinda wealthy so I wont miss it, but just wanted to warn people of this scam....feelord

it's incredible how people enjoy to stole the money from other. Allen, you are a very bad person that lied to everyone of us.  God will take care of you!!!! $2495 is not an easy amount that you find walking in the street, it's a money that is workly earned.

I have the same problem.....closing supposed to be on June 10, no word from anyone, website unavailable, no $$, no return phone call.  Thinking the worst.

I have paid Vacations Assets Group and they told me my closing date would be June 1,2011 I have been trying to call this number 702 517 5803 and 888 382 4794 and when it rings it comes up rejected on my phone please tell me why I can not get in touch with them

I know a friend who is in the same position as Penny...He called and left msgs and no response.  My six sense tells me it is a scam.  Courteous and smooth talk and the punch line is money first and wait till hell freeze over.  As Jerry McGuire says -> show me the money!  Shame on you.  You will be joining iCare Timeshare soon.

I got the same call, I know I looked them up and seemed legal, comunications was good with them up to this month. Now their number (702) 517-5803,and (888) 382-4794 are disconnected or seems to be disconnected. Their fax number still works and their email address is still working. Has anyone every had a completed transaction with this company?

Finally spoke with Barbara in customer service dept. She claims that legal dept is backed up with there files. My file is missing a document that is delaying customer service dept from sending out my disbursement let.

Mr. Chambers according to our last conversation  you went to  the Polo Towers and picked out this missing document.  As a victim of timeshare fraud I am thinking the worst. I am giving  VAD the benifit of the douibt. Hope  I can publish a good review on your "firm" after my payment is received.

P.S You may want to mention to oyur customer service department that proper business practice is return your voicemail messages with the 72 hours mentioned.

I like Penny had an April 28 closing date. I was told to call if i did not hear from u or your alleged firm. I have on numerous occasions only to get the same person providing the same message regardless of prompts. No reply should take 72 hrs. When you asked for money it did not take that long. Something is extremely odd about all of this. Only you and you "firm" can clear this matter up. I will continue to call until i get some answers. This is either crazy or illegal or both

You and I have spoken a number of times regarding my Las Vegas sale.  You have provided me with a date-  April 28th that all would be finalized and payment would be issued. I have not recieved my disbursement letter as of today. Customer service asked that I call if I don't receive by this day but when I call your extension or my liason's extension (Kelly Mathews) I get the same customer service voicemail. Messages have been left but none have been returned. If this company isn't a scam,  someone should calling me with the date my payment will be issued. I am Allen Chambers with vacation asset group contact # 702-517-5803 ext 411 .I am the head paralegal that works with the company ,not for the company.I work as a intermidiate between buyer and seller any questions please call my office and i will return your call with in 24 hours .if you have received a call from this number its that you have a chance to sell your timeshare pick up and here what they have to say if you marketed or listed you are on the nationals for a chance to sell if you missed the call two times in a row then you missed your chance for that time but your chance will come up again thank you Mr. Chambers.

was given  this number as a paralegal working for Vacation Asset Group.  Said he (Allen Chambers) was independent law office.  Address (8275 S. Easetrn Ave, LV 89123) comes up to Mark Chambers, clinical Psychologist!  Never heard of an Allen. VAG I think is a scam at this point.

Yup they just called me today....time share sales....they said they'd call me back too.  I wouldn't be suprised if it was a scam.  I don't trust anyone who call me first.
