Its a womans voice which says "My Mistake, sorry about that" and hangs up. ts a phone virus, so you need to contact your cell phone
provider and tell them whats up. this has happened to me
before with a grand island nebraska number and it happened
for about a month...i got a call from a POLICE MAN and
told me to stop calling this girl that hes sitting with
right now and i told him that im not!!! when she would
answer her phone, it would say my cell phone number
at the very end of this insulting computer generated
conversation...so do something about it NOW!!!
its a land line, so im going to try to call the
phone company down there and have them shut it off

it seems to becoming from digitcom, a place that has
generated ALOT of these numbers on here...i think it
needs to be shut down or something

Digitcom is apparently an unsavory telemarketing company that uses a variety of phone numbers. In addition to the one above, they've been calling me from 1-702-520-1147. They claim to represent a magazine. Apparently they're fishing for information. My phone # is registered with the government donotcall.gov, and after telling them not to call back, that's supposed to stop it, but they've made 15 calls to my phone numer. I've filed 15 complaints w/ the donotcall.gov, apparently to no avail. I'm not sure what they're fishing for, since they have my phone #.

Got a call from a woman at 1:13 p.m. Mountain time on 2/13/08.  She left a voice mail which I downloaded on my pc.  She said I'd won some money for a contest I'd entered and should call back at 800-414-0599.  I didn't call back.  I never enter contests or give out my phone.  I am on VOIP service via Comcast and the call came into my regular number, not my cell.

I got the call,too, from 702-520-1156.  I checked out the number on reverse number look up and it is from a company called Digitcom from Las Vegas, NV.  There voice number is supposed to be 702-284-5000 but calling that number gives you a recording saying the number is not valid.  I get at least one of these calls every day to my landline phone in Minnesota.  Really getting sick of them.  I can't block through the phone company, either.  Does anyone have any suggestions to make the calls stop??

yeah, they havent called me again which is ok!!! i did get another call from nevada though, and it turns out that my chiropractor used the number to send out the same message to a mass amount of people at once that havent been to his place in a while...so maybe some message thing got mixed up and thats why we all have been getting a different response from this number. i even checked the number that was from my chiropractor and people were getting calls from Winners4 and whatnot. kinda scary but, atleast i knew who it was this time! and yeah its kinda weird how we both got the call Asertisk Admin. I have a sprint phone, so if you do too then they are probably getting feeds through our company!!!

Got a call in Ct it says it is from Winners 4 on caller ID - The message is offering a free 10 minute phone call to India!!!

Call on cell phone

My call was from Dominoes Pizza as well.  Since I haven't ordered a while they offered me a "welcome back special" for $5 off.  They also left the number of my local Dominoes Pizza.

I am also in Georgia and received a call from this number yesterday at 3:02. Didn't answer it because I didn't recognize the number. Oddly, I also recieved it on my OTHER cell phone, which I did answer and it was the Domino's recording that was mentioned by the other Georgian.

I got a call with this number on my Caller Id yesterday (10-18-07)....did not respond thinking another dreaded telemarketer. Today I called this number thinking it might be a call I missed from the Dell Tech (who I've been awaiting a phone call from). Just an automated "leave a message" message at the other end. Now I'm concerned that I called this number at all!

Don't know who to call to report it.

I received a call from this number as well - 10/18/2007 5:03PM EST - on my cell phone - I did not answer. I am in Washington DC area. No message was left... very strange.

Edit of last post.  Just checked voice mail.  My call was an advertising call from Dominoes Pizza and gave the location address nearest my home.

I just received a call from this number, but didn't answer it since I didn't recognize the #.  Caller ID says Las Vegas, NV.  Our phone service provider is Vonage.  I don/t know if that has anything to do with it or not, but I am not in South Dakota, I am in Georgia and I don't even know anyone in South Dakota.  Weird.

I called this number and the voice that answers sounds like that of an Asterisk or Trixbox IP based PBX system configured with auto-answer.  I largely suspect that these calls are an attempt to harvest phone numbers for text message spamming.  I too am in South Dakota (Watertown) so I suspect that someone is using the Asterisk Server with some type of VOIP to TDM Gateway (think Skype) in Las Vegas to make the calls remotely over the internet.  I  would guess that everyone being called is either a customer of a single provider or has a phone number within a specific block and has ported the number from one provider to the next.
