I am on the "Do Not Call" list and after reading the above comments, I am upset that these people are calling my number.  I did not answer the phone but will report them to the FCC.

Called here at 12:30pm. Did not leave a message. I haven't a clue who they are but we are on the Do not call list.

I have been getting these harrassing phone calls about an expired car warranty for months.  Have tried pressing 2 to be put on do not call (sounds familiar) and after being called the next day, pressed 1 to talk to a live person who immediately asked for the make and model of my car.  I said I wasn't going to give her that info and not to call and she said she would keep calling.  I think from now on, I'll just hang up when I hear it is an automated call.  We just dropped our caller I.D. because we use our cell phone for most calls and the land line is used primarily to fax, but I'll report all the numbers I've seen above and maybe Digitcom will get smart and drop these harassers!

Can you provide ANY info on the original Digitcom?; On some friends advice i dumped a lot of money into their stock back in the 90's-and then without warning suddenly found out the stock was worthless.
Any help appreciated--any legal phone numbers that might have handled some type of litigation against them.

This is accurate info.  Also contact the California Secretary of State.  While Steve Hamilton is the guy in charge, he's the CEO of WILDGATE WIRELESS, INC. 5280 E BEVERLY BLVD STE C-274 LOS ANGELES, CA 9002.  They bought DigitCom from Jimmy Chen.  Here's the important bit.  Digitcom has had it's certificate of authority to transact business revoked!  It is illegal for Wildgate Wireless to do business as Digitcom as they have not updated their own registration or brought the dissolved one for Digitcom up to date.  Here's the document to reference.

I have received multiple calls from this number and hit 2 and this time hit 1 and as he started his script I interrupted him. Started to say "This call is a violation of..." *click*

They do not even stay on the line long enough for you to say that what they are doing is illegal.

Got a call today on my work phone from this number and it was indeed about an expired warranty on my car....they said it was the second and final notice, but there was never a first.  And my car dealership was never given my 'work at home' number, so this is just a fraud.

Their at it again!!! At 2:24pm ET they called from 702-530-1127 Caller ID said IDEAS COM. Didn't pick up since I knew who they were. Then a little more than an hour later they called from 702-520-1128. This time Caller ID said THE UNDERGROUND. This time I picked up because this is becoming comical and I wanted to hear their ridiculous song and dance. It was a recording from an actress named "Heather". She stated that in regards to my credit cards everything was O.K. but they wanted me to talk to them in order to reduce my debt. Funny I don't have any credit cards. I wished I could get a hold of a good lawyer and start a class action suit against these morons.

Received a call from 702-520-1471, these strangers are at it again. What does it take to get Las Vegas Police to check out these people who scam and run??!!!!

Just got a call from 702-520-1153. Caller ID said DiscountRxCard. I agree with Ty, this is beginning to get aggravating. Is their anyone out there who thinks that maybe we can get together and overload the phones system. Then maybe they would get the hint. I think we all need to get together and file a class action lawsuit against these morons. They should never be allowed to call anyone again.

These people are the purest form of scum, and they harrass me constantly despite my repeated attempts to get them to leave me alone. Somebody needs to take these people down hard.

The number that comes up on my cell is 702-520-1328, which is "digitcom" according to the research I have done online. They call me at work several times a week on my cell phone trying to sell me an extended vehicle warranty.If I Press "2" to be removed from their list, they still keep calling. If I Press "1" to speak to a representative, as soon as I start asking to be removed they hang up on me. It's not even telemarketing, because after the 50th time you make it clear you dont want what they are selling,they cant seriously be expecting to make any money off the call. It's just criminal harrasment- nothing more, nothing less.

If it doesnt stop I am PERSONALLY going to drive to vegas and deliver a PERSONAL message to these fuckwads in PERSON.

Thanks to KJ for the above #'s. I spoke to a rep and got reffered to the same number KJ did. I left a message for them to send me a copy of their do not call list, and to stop calling me. If I understand the law correctly, they now owe me 500.00 for every time they call after this.

So help me christ, I hate these moth******ers so much, I will follow up on this in court, even if it takes me all of my free time for the next 5 years. These A***OLES should all be jailed and flogged.

Does anybody know digitcom's physical adress for process serving, and what corporate entity should be specified on the summons?

I called Wildgate (Digitcom Services) at 800-464-5446 and explained the problem. The rep gave me another number for a complain, which is 800-461-6675. There was a recording (it's Sunday, after all) that said to give them the number that the calls are coming from if you're having a problem. I left the numbers and told them they'd do well to distance themselves from this particular subscriber.

Think we all need to harrass Digitcom and get them to drop their subscriber and, additionally, file complaints. I already filed my complain with the FCC. Numbers I have are 702-520-1190, 1435, 1376, and 1284. Digitcom really s*cks to not do anything about this. They're getting a very bad name.

On June 6, 2008 got a call again from 702-520-1131. Caller ID said Private Suite. Have already filed complaint. Will do so again. I wished somebody would put these guys out of business. Maybe we all need to get together and figure out a way to keep calling them and treat them the same way they treat all of us

Just got a call number 702-520-1477 Auto Warranty scam. I am saving every call and I can go back 3 Months. I think everyone should e-mail the States Attorney's Office of each and every state the number originates. Just my 2cents.

Just got a call from a 213-363-5100, caller id said it was customer support. I did a reverse look-up, Guess what! It is owned by Digitcom Services is LA. Beware it is the same company.....
