Keep receiving (recorded) calls from 702-520-1142. The recording mentions "credit".   What I don't quite understand is "What do they want.....?"  Why are they even bothering people?  I can't believe a call recipient would actually do any type of business with them.

These jerks call my cell phone about once a week with a recorded message to stay on the line to speak with an operator about my credit card. Funny when I try to add their number to my reject list on my phone another number appears and their number has to be manually entered.

These people call my cellphone 10 times a day!  I'm tired of this crap!  They are stationed out of Nevada and the call is regarding some car warranty.  There is NO indication of who they are.  There's gotta be a way to report them.  Will let you guys know if I find a way.

My experience is the same as others who have reported this number.  They call my personal cell phone and I have registered it on the Do Not Call list.  I simply ignore it, but it is annoying!!

I received a call from this number and tried calling it back. I was told if I wish to be removed from their list to enter my number and push #. There is no other option and the message simply repeats itself. I would like to find out who this company is so I can call them and find out how they got my phone number seeing as I do not and never have owned a vehicle.

Received a call on my work Cell phone.  Stated that my warranty was out on my vehicle if I wished to be off their list to push 2 and provide my number.  My other choice was to talk to one of their car warratny specialist.  I was on hold for approximately 3 minutes when a woman answered.  It was almost 12:00 in the afternoon so I stated that I would like to get a number and a name to call them back because I was "Very INterested in their Warranty", the woman hung up on me immeaditely.  I wish they would go after people like this.  I place my personal as well as my work cells into the "Do not call list", but these scam artist just move from number to number and most people like me do not push it up to the state level where it should be taken care of.

There is a process where an autodial system will call thousands of phone numbers in sequence, (they don't care whether it is a land line, a cell, or other) and the phones that answer get shunted to a response line.  The response line might be a live person who will attempt to get info from you that they will sell to other "businesse", but if their live line(s) are busy, you might get a recording that directs you to leave your phone number, "so they can call bacK".  However, all they want it to capture WHICH phone number of the thousands, and by you inputting the info, then they now have skirted the Do Not Call issue because you are now a "customer" who contacted THEM!

This outfit is a scam.  Register your phone number on the Federal Trade Commission's National DO NOT CALL registry at https://www.donotcall.gov/register/reg.aspx?panel=3.  After 31 days on the registry you can file a complaint if a telemarketer calls your phone at https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx?panel=2.

I got several calls from this number offering me reduced interest rates. They told me to press 1 to speak to a live person. I did so and asked for the name of the company. The live person said "Card Services." I asked where the company was headquartered and they hung up on me.

Credit card rate lowering scam.

And I don't have a proper credit card, just a Visa branded debit card. Registered with the do not call list, unfortunately it was less than 10 days ago, so I don't have any recourse.

Don't know what the company is, as their robot didn't realize it reached a voicemail, and rambled on... leading to half their message getting cut off.

A lot of times they claim to be a legitimate credit card company but are a scam. They can pick a big name bank name and there's a good chance when they call that someone will think its legitimate because they have an account or credit card with that bank or lender. I hate to say this, but there's not much that would be done if you report it to the authorities. Agencies don't respond, police departments sometimes laugh. Been there, done that.

Also, they have equipment that allows numbers to be rerouted as well as displaying any phone number they wish on your caller id. So, if you call back, you may reach a legitimate bank. That allows the scammer to look credible the next time he calls with the caller id set to a legitimate bank or lender. While he/she has you on the phone, they'll rip you off by getting your information.

I guess they have changed their story now, because in 2010, they are now calling "informing" people of a "special" option to lower their credit card interests rates... BUT I DONT HAVE A CREDIT CARD WITH THEM! Unbelievable!

If they call my phone one more time, I will go directly to the government agency that deals with "Do Not Call" lists and have them DESTROYED!! I work for the Gov't and I will find out how to end their Company's Life! There is no excuse to harass people who are trying to make an honest living and enjoy their lives without their BS added to everyday issues families face!

Anybody that wants any of your information can pay for it and get it. Bank numbers, your mother's maiden name, your work history, etc. It doesn't matter who is buying it, either. That means felons can buy the information if they want. Don't assume because you've done something recently that the action started the calls. It's quite possible, but it's also possible it's just a coincidence.
