tHIS IS A WORK CELL PHONE AND THE LAST THING i NEED IS THIS NUMBER CALLING ME ALL THE TIME.  tHERE IS NO WAY TO ZERO OUT OR GET YOUR NAME OFF THE LIST SO PLEASE GET THIS REMOVED.

My son received a call from this number on 9/27/2010 while he was in school. No message was left.

On Droid or I phone an app called reverse look up...will identify unknown numbers...and then u can black list them from your phone

The funny part was I downloaded some free apps from sprint andriod and after that I recived a call I wonder if this has to do with that.. Did this happen to anyone after doing apps downloads?

If you are not going to leave a name and number and reason for calling, don't call me anymore!

TO GET Rid of 702-520-1146 report it to do no call list first then report it to the FCC .
and go to your state GOV site on the web for the secretary of state office and report them
easy as that and most company's out of Las Vegas like this are scamming  as they do not have a office there to over see this kind of thing any more due to cut backs in NV or Las Vegas .

Trust me its a rip off and  do NOT Give them any info of any kind !

They have hung up on me too. i don't have a Bank of America account. So there is no reason they should be calling me. Also, I don't have a credit card so there really shouldn't be any reason these people are calling me. So I would say be careful and don't give them your information.

Don't call me ever

I got the call for the first time today...same story but I pressed 1 to speak with a live person and when I got patched through he responded "thanks for holding, this is Joe in card services" I responded politely, "Hey Joe, can you please put me on your do not call list?" and that jerk hung up the phone! How rude. I call back to talk to his manager(had the # on my cell phone caller id) and I get an automated message stating if I do not want calls in the future press 1, and that was it. Who ever runs this company needs a lesson in Business.

Received a call on my cell phone from this number today at 12:25 CO time.The recorded message said her name was Tiffany. I smelled a rat and quickly hung up.Can't imagine how they got my number as I have not given my  new number out even  to old friends.

7025201146 telephone call suggested to help to low credit card interest rate. The caller refused to provide the name of the company, its address or telephone number. He insisted that the he represented major credit card companies and asked for my personal financial information.

Answered my cell and got a call with a female voice recording stating that they could lower my interest rate and that the offer would "expire soon" and just press "1". Of course, I didn't. It is a scam, for sure. For my credit cards, the companies don't even have my cell number!

They called me this morning.. i didnt answer. glad i didnt, funny thing is... I dont have a credit card!

Got a call from this number. I did not answer. There was no voice mail. They called me at 12:43 p.m. on Aug 31st 2010. 702 is a Nevada area code.

Get this call every week!! Called today twice in a row. They never leave a message...(we only answer calls from people we know..all others go to voicemail)

called---left no voice mail. I used *69, got number to return call. Got an automated answer, "Welcome to Privacy Assist Premier; this call may be recorded for quality and training purposes" I did not pursue further. I suspect credit card protection services sales....

They call few times a day every day.  No messages left on voicemail.  when answered, they hang up!

it sucks that the no-call list probably won't work for them in my case.  not sure about the rest of you out there but seeing that it's FIA Card Services, i have an account through them so that's probably their loophole for being able to call me.  it'd be nice if that loophole in the no-call list could be closed.

These people have called for my husband every day for two weeks now, sometimes twice a day, despite him having already told them he doesn't want their service.  It's usually a woman doing the calling too, which makes me rather mad.  They call, when informed he's not available, they say really quickly, "We'll call back later." and hang-up.  Yes, they're affiliated with FIA Card services, which does mean that if you have an account the Do Not Call list is useless.  I'm to the point of cancelling that card entirely because of this.

I too kept receiving repeated calls. Luckily, I recognized the voice and asked if her name is - Jennifer - and she said she was sorry - she didn't check me off the list as being called and apologized! Then later in the day, another call came in from a different female. And I told her I had already signed up with Jennifer but never received the information. It did finally arrive in my mailbox and the calls have stop. However, I do not plan to continue after my 30 day trial period. Hope the calls don't start up again!

I used to work at a call center that pushed this product.  A few things to remember:  If you agreed to everything and the package hasn't been sent out in 7 - 10 business days and you're still getting calls chances are your lead was bounced and their quality assurance dept. is calling to straighten things out before they sign you up.  They will NEVER ask for any personal info or any information that hasn't been verified already.  They do not have your full SSN in front of them so don't feel pressured to give it or to confirm the whole thing.  

Also, the person they call for is the person they have to speak with.  Company rule.  They can't speak to a spouse without the person they called for's permission on recording.  

Lol.  When I called a house for a male and a female (usually the wife) picked up the phone she'd either sound really confident in her man that it was just a cold call or really suspicious.  The suspicious ones creeped me out. Mostly women work where I worked so we got that a lot.  

Overall, it's not that bad of a program.

Got a call from a male. I asked what they want. He said they are card services for visa, mastercard. That they could get my interest lowered to 6%.

I questioned that they are not legitinmate. the male said a couple timed that I should hold my tongue. Trying to intimidate me.

This is a scam and they should be raided.

Wow. Right around when they called me. I got a call on my cell at 12:43 pm on Aug 31, 2010. I'm in PST, but I'm not sure about your time zone.

Called to my cell on August 31, 2010 at 12:38 pm.  I do not know who this number is.  I would like them to call again so I can find out who it is.  I missed this call.  Unknown number and caller.

This phone number calls my cell every now and then a few times a week. I just simply press the ignore button on my phone.  I would like it very much if they didn't waste my time and call at all! They shouldn't have access to cell phone numbers at all.

The moment I logged onto my Bank of America on-line account, my cell phone rang from this number (I didn't answer) Instead, I immediately googled to find out the source and now find, from reading on this site, that it was from B of A offering Privacy Services of some sort....I'll see if they continue calling.
