they called so i pressed 1 to get a operatior.. and i told him that i wanted my name take off there list.. i wasnt rude but he proceeded to tell me that i was ignortant and he was going to start calling me on the hour every hours....

Received a call from this number. i didn't answer & whom ever did not leave a message. when i called back I only had an option to leave a message.

recieved a call from a similar number and looked it up... says a collection agency number but im a student and have no bills... they called again and i answered and they hung up... then this number called and when i looked it up i got the same site mentioning collection numbers.. its really pissing me off

I received a call from this number, pressed one to talk to an operator, asked him to take my number of the list, he hang up.

Answered... received a recorded message about receiveing a credit card with lower rates. Pressed 1 to be connected to Opereator. Played along for awhile. It is some sort of scam to get you to give them your creditcard information. They want it all. Credit card number, billing address, full name, SS#.

Answered and received a recorded message that this was about my creedit card and while there is no problem with my account at present I could stay on and talk to someone about how I might qualify for a lower rate ...press 1. I then got a short recorded message like "G" and the call terminated. I did the reverse look up and found pages of storyies at similar numbers all leading the the same company DigiComm Services in Las Vegas.

I have gotten a call from what I think is this number; the only thing that shows up on my cell is "1219" so I can't be sure. When I answered, I didn't hear anything for a minute, then heard someone talking to me about health insurance or something...anyone know if I'm dealing with the same people.

Also, a few days before that I got a call from "1209." I answered, and the person asked to speak to Camilla. I know no one by that name. Anyway, it sounded like the same person as the "1219" call.

I received a call yesterday afternoon at work with this number.  I didn't recognize the area code so I did not answer.  I always try to find the number on the internet to see who I am dealing with and I can across this site.

Has been calling frequently - about once per day. I don't answer because
I can't afford to "UPGRADE" anything "NOW".

These people and all the other telemarketers who are breaking the law do not care about the DNC or any thing else. You really have no recourse as the Feds do not care either from what I have seen on this and other web sites.
I came up with a simple answer to all of these people.

I allways answer the phone,get a live person on the other end, and thenI blast them with the air horn,the kind that they use at football games.
I figure when all of them are deaf then I will not be getting anymore calls.

I also got a call from this number. Infact, they called me twice today from the same number. However, on my caller ID it came up WINNERS 4 and the other call came up BIZ TO BIZ. Well now I know it wasn't anything important.

The national do not call list expired months ago, people.  Besised, no one in any authority cares, and there's nothing you can do.  No matter who you complain to, they are obviously not being shut down.  My suggestion is to take the law into your own hands if you can track these people down.  I'm not joking.

Received call stating i could lower my credit rates.  Pressed 1 so i could speak to person and have number removed from call list.  When individuals answered and i asked to be removed he just hung up.

Someone call from the number and record told me if you want to lower your intrest rate, dial #1 and #2 if you're not intrested. So I dial #1 to ask what credit company, she hang up on me right away.

They call EVERYDAY! If I answer, a recording will say this is my last opportunity. Today I stayed on long enough to ask her to put me on their do-not-call list. She hung up on me.

i got a call from thie number 7025201219 today (10-22-07) at 3:10PM eastern time.  I called back and got a voicemail or something. Whats good with that?

Got this call several times for the past 4 weeks! Never picked up. I don't know what they want to upgrade...

I get calls from this number all the time and above it says upgrade now. I usually just hang up and today I decided to answer it and I pressed one to lower my rates. A guy answered and asked if I pressed one to lower my rates, I replied "no actually I pressed one to speak to a person to tell them to stop calling my house" He laughed and said ok we will call you back tomorrow and hung up on me!! I was so furious that I started looking up anything I could find on the internet. I did a reverse phone number lookup and it said the number belonged to Digitcom Services in Las Vegas, NV. Then I put in just the phone number and hit search and found myself here. I am not letting this go, I will keep at it and if I find anything I will let you all know.

Rec'd a call at 9:39am on 10-17-2007, did not answer as I was in an office at the time. No voice mail, just left in my "missed calls" list.

My mother has been recieving thses calls.  She lives in a seniors only building.  So, as my mother and I were talking about it on the the elvator another woman chimes up and says she's gotten the same call!

I did some checking and quite a few seniors have recieved this call from the same person.  My guess?  It's a scam aimed at seniors and people with low income high debt ratios.  Think about your own phone number!  How long have you had it?  It could have been switched from a senior individual!

These are the people who need to fall off of cruise ships into shark infested waters.

Received a call on my cell phone from (702) 520-1219 on Monday 10/15/07 at 1:03pm CST.  I did not recognize the number so I didn't answer.  The caller did not leave a message.  Some internet research turned up the following:  this phone number appears to be a LAND-LINE in LAS VEGAS, NV with a company called DIGITCOM SERVICES.  The company address is listed as 3011 S Valley View Blvd - Las Vegas, NV 89102.  Phone number listed as (702) 284-5000.

I registered with the federal Do Not Call registry a few months ago.  I've been getting calls from this number for months.  I reported them to the Do Not Call website over a month ago.  I work from 9PM to 5AM so that I can deal with Europe and Asia more easily, so you can imagine how annoyed I am when they call at 9AM!!!  At first I tried hitting "2" to be taken off their list.  After several months, they were still calling.  Today, I hit "1" and Jack answered.  Based on the complaints below, Jack must work quite a bit!  LOL.  He told me he was calling to lower my MC and my VISA rates and that he works for MC and VISA.  I told him that MC and VISA are 2 different companies.  He told me they were not and that I'm on the list that he received from MC/VISA as having difficulties paying my bills with my current rates.  Funny, because I carry neither a MC or a VISA card, only Diner's Club and AmEx.  When I told him that, he hung up on me.  HOW RUDE!  Well, we'll see if reporting a company to the Do Not Call agency works.

The call was on my Caller ID today about 2:30 p.m. I moved 4 months ago and got a new phone number - this is the very first all I have received that I didn't know the caller. DANG!!! Now my new number's out, even though I'm on the Do Not Call Registry.
