calling constantly wont remove my number I will call everyday myself

The calls are still coming.  I got one from them this SATURDAY about 9.  It was a recording and I stayed on hold waiting on an operator.  I waited around for about two mins and the phone went dead so I called them, asked to be removed from the list and was hung up on.

It's a telemarketing company. Your phone service provider is able to BLOCK TELEMARKETERS. They have been calling me for weeks. I have called SPRINT and they have put a block on the annoying phone calls. I have also filled a complaiin with a BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU ( BBB.org )   as the privacy policy of telemarketing firms states that consumer should be removed from the calling list upon his wish.

Called on my cell phone, I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.

I have called numerous times, maybe 90 and I harrass the scamers just like they have done us. Its funny how people can harrass someone and just get away with it. So I strike back. I tell all of you to call this number 5 times a day all times and be Chris St James.

I got a call yesterday @ 3:30pm. No message was left. Who are these people and what *astards sold them my cell phone #?

They call my cell everyday. When I ask to be removed they hangup.

They have been calling me for a couple weeks. I have told them over and over to stop calling me. Just the other day they called me and left a voicmail trying to say they were a satalite company and they have a great offer. I called the # back and a sure enough it was them. I thinks this has to be illegal expecially now that they call me pretending to be someone else??

I've received calls from this number at least eight times in the past few months...and they're calling my work number!  I just pressed 1 to speak to an operator, and asked her to remove my number.  Same old story...I was hung up on.

I never answered the phone directly, but called them back after they had called several different times. (This is the 702-520-1396 number, by the way). I got a recorded message giving me two different options; talk to a live representative about debt consolidation, or press 1 to have my name removed from their call list. I pressed 1, and was redirected to an operator who asked if I wanted to look into debt consolidation. I politely refused, and said that I wanted my number removed from their call list. They hung up. I called back, got the same operator asking the same thing when I pressed 1. I told her the same thing again, and she laughed and said 'o.k.', but hung up before taking my phone number down. Figuring (but doubting) that they might have a call screen with my number on it, I let it slide for the moment. They came calling, so I called them back, asking for the same thing repeatedly with the same results. Today they called, but in the three times that I've called back, I got a disconnect signal, which means I must have ticked them off enough that they removed my number from being able to call THEM, but they can still call me. I am filing a complaint with the F.C.C., and I advise you all to do the same. And if I can find out who provides the phone service for that number, I will call them and see if they'd be willing to look into it, or disconnect that party altogether entirely. (However, if the scammers are provide their own phone service, that is, if the ones performing the scam are with a network provider, this may not be possible.)

On 2/29/08 Christopher St. James left message about a debt reduction program from Broadcom at 1-800-210-2892 ON MY PAY-AS-YOU-GO CELL PHONE!!!!! The message mentions something about my credit card balances going up along with the minimum payment. That statement is so wrong on so many levels. I could see how it could frighten someone with paranoid tendencies(I work with mentally ill clients). Also received call from similar number today (702-520-1139), they hung up. I have a cell phone for emergencies only. This garbage is not an emergency. This needs to stop!

Don't give out any info to these people that could lead to your identity being stolen...you never can tell, best be cautious.

These people are relentless!!! Chris St James - Debt reduction program all on recordings- day and night. I have no debt!   Has anyone found a way to stop this.  Obviously the Do Not Call list does not work.

They call me at time of the day on my cellphone. I am tired of the hang up and the messages left.

I only got half a message and it was barely audible, but it said something about it being "imperative" that I return his call.  First message, but I have only been at this number/home for 2 days and already have gotten 4 calls.

So I decided to take this further and said yes to all the questions to see what would happen. I said I really need help and tried to ask some questions about the company. The "senior agent" said his name is Drew and he said a debt consolidator from Morgan Direxen will call me to follow up. I need to do some research about this company.

5 hang ups when asking to be removed. Finally called back and when I got a human, I asked them how to get rid of lice. (No one in my familiy has it but thought it was funny/stupid topic). Guess what they hung up on me. I will continue to call and harass them for as long as I need to. I would love to know who sold them my cell phone number. I will start calling them to!

So I just called them on the 702 520 1396 number about four times in a row and got hung up on. So I decided to "let them help me" with my "debt problem". She asked me how much my debt was and told her about one million dollars. She was shocked and asked if I was serious, I told her I could never joke about something like that. She them asked me how I accumulated that much debt, I replied internet porn. She transferred me to a supervisor to discuss my options. I then asked the supervisor to remove me from the list, she read back my number and said it would be removed. We will see, I keep ya'll posted.

These guys cannot be legit.  I waited through the satellite TV recording, and when someone live came one, I said "remove me from the list" and he said "say please or we will keep calling".

They just called my work number.  I don't answer calls if I don't know the number.  I'm just waiting to see if they call my cell.

If anyone could possibly get a physical address for these a** holes i would gladly pay them a visit.....i would like to see how well they hold up in a face to face interview with me pissed off.....these jack***es call me when im at work and its getting on my last nerve...thanks

I have no debt and I'm more curious how this company got my phone number as I don't use my cell phone number for anything form wise for precisely this reason. They've called at least 13 times during Feb. and this month is off to a great start already. I've used their digital phone number removal list and every time I talk to and tell the rep to remove me from their list they hang up on me!  When you call the number back and go through the digital phone number removal system they don't remove your number they seem to just change the number that they call you with. The third time I call the number back I get a direct phone removal prompt instead of waiting for a rep. I've filed a complaint with the BBB and the FTC and I suggest that you all do they same to more importantly protect some poor schmuck who doesn't know any better than to sign up with these thieves and I can only imagine what they could do to your credit and financial information. These are the different numbers that they have called me under in Feb, 702-520-1396 ; 702-818-1669 ; 702-520-1396 ; 702-818-1669 .

I get regular calls from these folks, with some as late as 11:00 PM I have tried speaking to them about removing my name and finally took to blasting an air siren from my boat into the receiver when they call. Maybe that will get my number on their do not call list or reduce the number of people who can call me as their ears hurt after my call!

They are calling my cell regarding Digital TV.  Sales call garbage.
