Car warranty crap. Basically a "spam" phone call. I never answer them.

Probably just more "car warranty" nonsense. No message (as usual). *Yawn*

I get a call fro the above "National Auto Warrenty" everyday and I've told them not to call but they keep calling.  I want to file a harresment suite and tried to get their address and business number online and even called directory assistance but they are not listed.  How do I file a complaint?

i tried getting my name off the list but that feature does not work, so i connected myself and yelled and the a***ole and he hung up. i hope they get put in jail for life and die

Ok so here is a trick you can try, google the recording that you get from a phone number having been disconnected. save it to your computer, turn up your speakers, and record the message onto your phone as a new recorded message. Keep that going for about 2 wks, tell all your friends what you are doing so they know your number is not really disconnected, and so they can press the star key to leave a message for you. Telemarketers will disappear. I personally was getting 2 calls a day, up to 6 days a week from these hassling auto warranty insurance numbers. Some of the numbers mentioned were recognized, but some of them come onto my phone simply as private. The other option i have worked on is to record the very first part of the disconnected number, use a mic to record my voice on the last part of the message, put the two recordings together so that the first 5-10 seconds sounds like your number is disconnected, then finishes off with your regular message, that you usually record, to leave a message. Make sure the recording is nice and clear, even try calling your cel to make sure it sounds as if your number really is disconnected. if you can?t find the soundbyte, send me an email and for $5.00 via paypal, I will email the Audio file to you. waydancer@juno.com

I did a reverse look up on Whitepages.com. The company's numbers are serviced by a company called Digitcom Services. I did a google search on them. This lead to a customer service number of (800) 464-5446. I spoke to the person there and explained that his customer was harrasing me with multiple telemarketing calls a day. He gave me the following number (800)461-6675 and told me that they would block my number so they couldn't call me again. I just did that an hour ago, but hopefully it will work.

Same ones from 702-520-1449. If anyone here sues them, I'm with you. FCC says they need the records of harassment from us and recommends to get subpoena.

Car insurance warranty scam out of Nevada. They use multiple #'s to try to get you.

If you call the number back it will allow you to press 1 to be removed from their calling list.  But the next day they called me again.  So I did the same thing.  I've actually spoken with their reps twice and both times as soon as I say I own a 1986 Pontiac with 200,000 miles they hang up.  I wish someone could tell me the name of the company so I could sue them for harassment.

Keep getting calls on my cell phone from (702)520-1406 re: car warranty. Put my number on their DO NOT CALL list but keep getting calls ON MY CELL TIME/MINUTES!!! Now that I can recognize the #, I just don't answer but it is still bothersome.

I get this phone number calling my office like every hour at least twice in a matter of min. As soon a I pick up it hangs up. I have tried to call it back to be put on a do not call list an when I hit the #1 it just keeps repeating the same recording. An now here I am trying to figure out how to get it to STOP.

702-520-1406 KEEPS CALLING MY CELL PHONE.

said my auto warranty was going to expire.  connected to rep and they hung up on me.

An automated call was sent to my cell phone number, which Ive never given to anyone but my friends and family. The message is that this was a "final notice" that my car warranty is expiring. It asks you to press 1 to speak to a representative, but that function doesn't work. When you call back, you receive a message saying "If you'd like to be removed from our calling list, please enter your number."

I have also gotten automated car warranty messages to my cell number from 626-259-5502 and others that I've already deleted.

Person linked to said they were part of the National Auto Warranty company.  Sounds similar to the one declared insolvent back in 2003.

Told that anyone who bought a car after 1997 is in their database and it autocalls them.  They did not have any information on me, but could tell my location from my area code.

This is one of those auto warranty pitches.  Doesn't offer a "pick a number" for removal from their list, only to speak w/ a rep and then recording... if you don't chose the #1 option, it'll just hang up.
