FYI:  Most of these criminals can be found with a little bit of Google detective work.  I find Chris Ambrosia (aka Lee Castine) on Facebook.  In fact, his whole family seems to have open access to their Facebook accounts.  I know his date of birth.  I know that his kid takes Karate.  I know that his brother Robert looks really big and scary.  I even know what his home is worth.  Sad to see that his father is evidently not doing well.  Not sure what to do with all that info, but it's fun to see what you can dig up these days.  Can't hide from me with aliases!!

I never answer unknown calls BUT I had friends visiting from near Las Vegas so yesterday I made the mistake of answering, and of pushing 2 to stop the calls, which of course only confirms I am a real person at this number.
And of course I got a scam call today from "Grimley Financial Services" 877 904 1414.
Augh.  Now they have me.  I am sure my number is now on thousands of lists for annoyance calls.

This is the same business that has been calling for years. Sometimes it's "Account Services", other times it's "Credit Card Services", but usually the caller says her name is Heather. Of course she's a recording. They give you an option to "opt out" of future calls, but it really does nothing, except perhaps to encourage them that there actually is a live person at that number. They call on landline and cell and as I said, they have been doing it for years. I've made numerous reports to the FTC, who is charged with addressing this issue. If the do-not-call registry was an honest effort to address the issue, it has failed completely. I believe it was just an effort to make us think they were dealing with it, but in reality you might as well report the unwanted calls to the manager of the local Home Depot store. At least you might get some sympathy there.
Once when I called back and actually spoke to someone to complain about the unwanted calls, he told me to "get a life". Normally if you get a live person, they just hang up on you.

I received the call today at 1:29 pm....caller ID stated Cell Phone, NV 702-520-2361.  Like all of you they told me that they were from my credit card company and they wanted to lower my rates to 5.99% because my rates were all above 9%.  I asked what credit card and they stated Chase visa and mastercard, Sears, and a few more that I actually have, although I didn't tell him that...I just listened.  He then told me that he needed me to give him the expiration date on my cards...say, WHAT?!  I then said to him that I never give secure information like that over the phone unless I have directly called the person.  I then stated, what is your phone number for the credit card company you work for so I can call you back....CLICK!  And that was the end of that phone call...this is bad...the FBI needs to be told...

Received a call from 702-520-1261 on my cell phone (my only phone) wanting to lower interest on my credit card, except they couldn't tell me which one. So, it's a SCAM. What I do with these calls, I list it on my cell phone Contact list...and give it the name SCAM. That way, when they call again, I know who it is, and don't answer. I have a couple others on my list, too.

I got a call from this same number today!  SOMEONE STOP THESE JACK***ES!  They say they want to lower my credit card rates and stuff then when I asked them about their company they said they were just credit cards services helping to lower rates and if I had anything over $3000 on my cards when I told them no they said sorry for bothering you and hung up.

Got a call at 4:20pm at work.  Didn't answer and no vm was left.  This is a great tool for "seeing" who unwanted phone calls may be from.  Thank you!

I got a call from them about an hour ago, and no message left on my voice mail. The ID simply read 'Cell Phone, Las Vegas'

I received a call from this number at 3:03. There was no message.

I am on the do not call list and still they called.  It is a scam.  It was a recording of a woman saying if I wanted to lower my interest rates I needed to press 1.  I only have 2 credit cards through 1 company and when I asked which company they wouldn't answer.  SCAM

I have received more than 150 (I have them documented) calls from these scum sucking criminals. I have filed more that 50 complaints with the FTC however due to the fact that they hide behind spoofed numbers I doubt that they will ever stop any of them. They ask for up front fees and charge your credit card without performing any services.

good luck with the do not call list.  it's another scam except by the government to try to appease you that they are helping you.  if it was working; these dirt bags would be out of business.

They called me at 5:15 and never said a word and didnt leave an message with the second call , about an hour later ,Im on the no call list with my cell phone company ,but still get these unwanted calls ,who do I have to kill to stop these S O B s from calling my cell phone.

Got a call from that number on 6/13/12 at 2:30pm.  I pressed #1 to speak to a live person.  She said the name of the company was Credit Card Services. At least in her broken, Asiatic-accented voice it sounded like that. I asked if they had a Do Not Call Policy. She disconnected.  I logged onto this website [https://donotcall.gov/] and logged a complaint. Hope they call me back a few more times. I can use the free money.

Just got a call from 702-520-2361 at 12:20 p.m. today.  I read on here that if you call the number back,  you have a choice to opt out. Okay,  I called it back,  and sure enough,  it stated that my number was put on their Do-Not-Call list and it would take up to 72 hours for it to be removed.  Well,  guess what!!  At exactly 2:20 p.m. (2 hrs. after they called the first time and 1 hour after my # was put on their list,) their number came up on my Caller I.D.........can't wait to see how many futile attempts they make in the next 70 hrs. (and counting...)  If it doesn't stop after that,  I AM FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE FEDS............(just in case they read this,  this is FAIR WARNING) I am sick and tired of getting these kinds of calls all day long.  It seems they are coming in threes lately.  One after another!  Too bad these scammers can't get REAL jobs!

Oh look heather for account services is back. She was gone for about six months. She seemed to have moved to Las Vegas from Ohio, Washington, Oregon. Heather moves around a lot I guess it is easy to do your job/scam from spoofed caller Id's. I wonder where Heather really is. Oh I know it is Florida.

I didn't answer it as I never answer numbers I don't know. How do I know it's Heather from account services? Because other people that posted on here answered her call.
You should never answer or call back numbers that you don't recognize. They are scammers. If you answer or call back and press one to be removed from the list you are letting them know it is a good number and they will call you several times a day. If you don't answer etc they will move one for a couple months.
Stop saying I am on the Do not call list as they don't care because they are criminals.
