I received a call on my mobile phone from this number today at 5:18 PM EDT.  I was initially alarmed, because they said that I had a credit card, and was concerned that someone might have opened a line of credit in my name.  I do not give my phone number out as I use it solely for work purposes.
The call was the same as others have stated - a pre-recorded cold call with a female voice.  Options were given to either speak with a representative or get off of the list.

Thank you very much for this precious information. If they keep calling me, after I opt-out from their list, I will know who to blame for this.

Called from this number on my cell phone. Didn't answer. Obviously telemarketing.

I also live in Mtl and had the same experience: English recorded message on Feb 17 at 11:50am - asked for me by name - and was inquiring about my credit card (rates, etc).  Just hung up but really annoying.

I just got a call from 702-520-9116 on my cell phone also.  Their message said something about getting lower rates for my credit card.  The recorded message said to press 2 to discontinue further notices from them, so I pressed 2, however I remember receiving calls from them in the past and I remember pressing 2 then also, so obviously that doesn't do anything to stop them from calling.

Did you or any others receiving these calls place an order for a free shirt, like maybe 24 the TV show?

They get your information when you offer your information to receive a free items such a s a shirt, maybe like 24 the TV show and a few others. There is nothing for free. Yes I was a fool too!
I like many of you don't answer the phone to unknown numbers, if they want me they will leave a message. It's obvious they don't since it can be used against them, this way they can claim
they mis-dialed.

Same "urgent" call about my "accounts", they can help me "get a lower interest rate."  Soft b.s. language that insinuates they are calling about an existing account.  Stayed on line to talk to a live person, who claimed, through a very thick accent, to represent something called "Net Free Assets" that wanted to make me a loan.  Got snotty with me and hung up on me, without acknowledging my "Do Not Call" request, when I indicated that I wasn't interested and requested they not call my number.

English automated female message advertising a lower interest rates on credit card. Unable to talk to a real person after dialing #1 has suggested  (get hung up). I live in Québec and don't own any credit card in USA. I report this to my local police department who suggested that I called my bank to verify if they published my name and phone number on a list since I own a Mastercard. I called my bank and they suggested me to make a formal complain to PhoneBuster at 1-888-495-8501.

Same thing happened to me at 5:30 EST.  No message just a missed call on my work cell phone.  I called back and a recording instantly picked up stating "thank you for calling back, if you would like to be added to our do not call list press 1".  I pressed one and then it disconnected.  Hopefully, it works but I doubt it.  This is my work cell and only use if for work so I wonder where they get their list from.  The number that called me was 7025209116

Got an illegal prerecord call to my cell phone (with multiple violations of the law), offering debt reduction or other similar scam.

Seems to me that each call is for a different reason. I work in a law office and they call saying they are the Data Compiler for Google Directory. So what ever your case is, it isn't a legitimate business. Pressing 2 to remove your number doesn't work. Tried it for 3 years.

I live in Texas and I got a call from this number on my cellphone. I wonder where they got my number from? It is annoying as they let telemarketing people call to people's cell phones.

I live in southern california, in the inland empire and this number called me 702-520-9116 said it was tuscany indus on my caller id, claimed to be google 411 asking me if i wanted to enter my business information into their system, seems like a scam due to I did request any of this expessially on my lanline phone

received a recorded call in a lady's voice from 702-520-9116 saying there is a limited time offer to reduce the interest rate on my credit card to 6.95%.  there was no mention of which card or which company the call was from which clearly indicated the call was a fraud.  i have blocked the number after this and especially after similar reviews above.

I just got a call about lowering my rate as well... I pressed one to see what they had to say.  The guy was like hello.... I asked what this was about, he says "you tell me".  He then proceeded to ask how much I owe on my credit card (like i would actually answer that).... I asked what company he worked for and he proceeded to answer all my questions with "mmhumm" ..... I hung up and i am FUMING!

These would be incoming international calls.  CallerID works by sending  the 'number'  THEN the "ID" is matched with records in a two step process.
So the caller is using different numbers in a foreign country and it matches different local names in the US each time when the ‘callerID name’ shows up on your system.
Same old lie, that they are  Data compiler for Google search directory.  They are using new technology to interrupt and waste your day.
The telemarketer is using technology and lies to harass, interrupt and annoy busy hardworking business owners.  Please don't fall for their tactics.  Please don't reward and encourage them by doing business with them. Don't put you and your business in danger by giving them info.

I got a call from 702-520-9116. This was an automatic message: the voice told they wanted to check something about my credit card and this was sure nothing related to my real credit cards companies, because the voice spoke in English (I'm french speaker living in Montreal) and I know the companies wouldn't have used such a way to communicate with me. I hung up before the message finished, but sure it was not honest. I found out the number comes from Las Vegas.

J'ai reçu un appel de ce numéro, c'était un message automatique, la voix disait (en anglais) qu'elle voulait vérifier quelque chose à propos de mon compte de carte de crédit, elle énumérait différentes compagnies de cartes, bref, c'était certainement de la fraude. En plus le message vient de Las Vegas... rien à voir avec les compagnies avec lesquelles je fais affaire, qui ne m'auraient pas contactée sous cette forme.
