Received a call from this number on Thursday Jan. 29. A message was left telling me I had 1 day left on my car insurance, when i tried to call back there was no answer. I did a reverse check on the number and it came from Las Vegas. I have heard there is a lot of this going around right now......

"This is the second call to notify you that the warranty of your car will be expiring..."
Came to my cell phone which hardly ever had sales calls before. I immediately signed up for "do not call list".

A few days ago a friend of mine told me about verizon giving out their customer information unless you sign up for "do not release" form which you don't even get the notification or something of that line. Wonder if they already started giving out phone numbers.

Got the call, did not answer, no message was left...

This number kept calling, No answer

received a call on 03/12/09 @1:53 pm on my cell phone and then the following day in teh early evening at my home phone both of which are listed onthe DO NOT CALL LIST, telling me my car warranty was expiring which I new was not correct.

THIS IS A PHISHING SCAM... DO NOT ANSWER AND IF YOU DO HOUND THEM FOR THEIR 'COMPANY' INFO!!  They'll get pissed and end up hanging up on you!!  Be prepared!! I get a call from this number and numerous others.  www.digitcom.net otherwise known as Digitcom Services, Inc. is the provider of the number!  If you go their website you can call their customer serivce and "file" a complaint, be sure to get your file number from the rep.  GOOD LUCK!!

My son just received this call on his cell phone, which is on Verizon.  I also had just signed the online form to not give out my info only 3 days ago.

Within minutes he got another call from 516-616-4651, regarding lowering finance rates.

I told him not to answer any other calls from numbers he doesn't know.

I just received a call from this number too and the person didn't leave a msg wtf, man?

I got a call today from that same number 702-520-9128, but did not pick up & they did not leave a message. That's my rule, if your not saved in the phone talk to the machine. If it's that important they will leave a message.

They have called me 3 or 4 times. Bell must be giving out our cell numbers to boost the minutes burned and of course PAYABLE. With tight economic times the dot commies have turned to petty crime.

Got this call on January 30 in Ontario

I actually keep trying to call them back from a blocked number, they say you can press 1 to get on their do not call list.  Its BS cuz everytime I press 1 or try and get a human on the phone it states the recorded message again and eventually hangs up on me.  
I am with Rogers and I have caught up companies in the past that admit they got my number from Rogers, I have had it out with Rogers about this in the past and had them put a non solicitation flag on my account, obviously it didn't work.

Both my husband and I got a call from 702-520-9128 on our cell phones this week saying our car warrenty has expired and we need to hold so we can speak to the rep reguarding this.  We both hung up.  The funny thing is, I have a car but my husband does NOT... too funny!

I have gotten 3 Calls, Pressed 1 asked them how many people they scammed and they hung up.....My guess is bell sold the numbers cause NO ONE has my number, except the girlfriend and I highly doubt she would sell the number to the states. I just got the phone, what a p****off.

A scam regarding factory warranty on vehicles. Originating from Nevada.

From what I've been able to tell is Bell has sold there cell Phone list to this company, Why? Because I never use my cell phone number for anything except to give to friends and family. Myself and friends have all received calls like this on numbers that are private and don't give out for anything other then personal use.

I've called Bell and they insist they did not do this (clearly because its breaking the law) but I'm currently awaiting a call back from the manager regarding this matter.

I'm in London Ontario with Rogers and I just got a call from these guys. I didn't bother picking up because I didn't know the number. No message left on the machine. They must just be calling random numbers because I don't even have a car.

I got this call about 16:00 today.  I don't even own a car, so this is clearly a scam.

What I would like to know is how they managed to get my cell phone number.  I make it a point NOT to give it out, and I certainly did not give permission for my contact information to be distributed.

And another call to another of our cell phones. Nice scam - I wonder if I should answer and tell them about the cars I own - which is no car at all?

Have called twice, and left prerocorded messages on my cell...I'm in Toronto, and my carrier is Telus...I've noticed a real increase in these calls to my cell lately...very bizarre
