Called twice today. Didn't know who they were so I didn't pick up. No messages left.

They keep calling after you press 1 to be removed from list. I have reported them to the NC Attorney General's office. I am now reporting them to the Federal DNC registry.

Do not hope that they quit calling! They will continue. Please report them.

Got a call from this number today to renew a magazine subscription, they wanted a $40 payment over the phone, the guy transferred me to a 'supervisor' within a minute of being on the phone to process my payment, claiming that because she was a supervisor it was safe to give my credit card number. I said I would rather pay online with my account that is already linked with the website, she told me no. Beware of these people...

Two calls to day. I answered one as I forgot to look and who was calling first. Just female voices laughing in background. Have received similar calls before. Do not plan to answer again. I wish there was a way to block certain phone numbers from calling.

This person, or these people, are pests. They seem to have nothing better to do with their time than call from their Las Vegas phone number time and time again. I wish that whatever they are doing in Vegas would stay in Vegas, so we could be left alone.

I have gotten 4 calls in the last 2 days from this number. I repote3d them to the Federal Do Not Call registry.

I got this call twice today (4/3/2010) and answered the 2nd one.  They wanted to renew my Maxim subsrciption at ~$15/year.  I told him I've never paid more than $4/year for Maxim, usually free, and he started arguing with me saying that was impossible.  I asked if he'd ever heard of the internet and he said he "didn't use the internet because it open you up to identity theft".  A bit more back and forth because I was enjoying it and it ended finally with him saying that I would no longer receive my subscription because HE WAS GOING TO CANCEL IT.  Right.  

Hard selling subs...things must be getting real tough in the magazine business.

Received 4 calls from this number today 4/2/2010.  Three were on caller ID.  One I answered.  This call was for a Joann Smith.  I told them no one here by this name, never has been.  But they hung up on me.  Please stop them from calling my number.  I am sick and these calls are very annoying.

This company called my parents house asking for me. They left no information on the message just asked for me by name and then hung up. I called the number back because my dad originally thought maybe it was a collections call ( I freaked out because I pay my bills religiously) and got an automated message about pressing 1 to be put on their do not call list. I pressed 1 and hopefully will not be hearing back from them.

I've been called twice today, already, by this company.  It shows on caller ID as INC.  I finally answered and told the woman that I had already filed a complaint against them with the Do Not Call registry.  She told me to go ahead and file all of the complaints that I wanted to!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

She then proceeded to tell me that she was calling from Reader's Digest....like that gave her some kind of a free pass.  I told her I hadn't received Reader's Digest in many years and told her to take me off of the list.  She hung up.

I don't think the Do Not Call Registry is working any more.  I've been getting telemarketing calls all week.  I'm so irritated that I'm ready to disconnect my phone service!!!

this number has been calling atleast 3 times a day. My son answered they asked for me (first and last name) and then they hung up! Thank you for the suggestion to call back and press 1 to be put on their do not call list. We'll see what happens!

I got a call today.  Saw "702" (I used to live in vegas, figured maybe it was the dealership I bought my car at or something)....  Guy on the other line asked for "Frank" and then hung up when I said he had the wrong number

This company called my house twice today.  Both times we answered the phone and although I could hear the caller saying hello, he apparently could not hear me.  No idea what they wanted, but they can stop calling me.

They've been calling me for about a week, about 2-3 times a day.  Thank goodness for caller ID - we never answer unless we know who it is.  They ask for me by my first name - I hate that from telemarketers - a ploy to trick you into thinking you just might know who these people are.  (I've told other telemarketers that they do NOT know me and therefore are not allowed to use my first name.  They are to address me properly as Mrs. M---.  That really throws them off their script.)  We've had the "music message" a couple of time, but mostly they just hang up after asking for me and not getting an answer.  If they continue, I'll try the above advice from Mary.  I'm also not sure if they're really telemarketers.  I've had calls in the past from debt collectors looking for my former brother-in-law who hasn't been a part of our family or spoken to in over 20 years.  They obviously don't identify themselves as debt collectors, so I'm wary of any unidentified caller.

Try calling the number back - you do get an option to press 1 and be deleted from their list

I received four calls on February 22, 2010, three on February 23, 2010 to VM and Caller ID (Caller ID says name is I N C).  One call put my VM on hold playing music for over one minute!  Finally answered call on February 27th.  They wanted me to renew subscription for magazine.  My subscription does not expire until 2013 so told them NO.  I have since received three more calls on March 1 and one on March 6th.  Answered them again on the 6th.  Still want me to renew subscription for the same magazine.  Again told them no.

I called them back and the first time just silence and they hung up on me. The second time I got a recording that asked if I wanted to be added to their do not call list.

We'll see.

They have continued to too call 3-4 times a day. I am listed on the do not call registry these jerks keep calling!

I get calls from this number several times a week and this has been going on for months...NO MESSAGES LEFT EVER!

(702) 520-9167 with caller ID "I N C" has been calling 3 times a day for several days. They do not leave a message.  Very annoying.  If they are selling something, I certainly won't buy now.

Numerous calls to my phone that went to caller I.D.  When I finally was able to answer, they advised that they wanted to re-new a magazine subscription that I had already renewed????  So, who are these people and why was I transfered to a ? supervisor? That had no answer as to why they called me..........They had no answers for my questions.....why do they bother "anyone" with their incompentency..............Pass this on to whoever hired or runs this annoying business.............

Just reported them to the NC Attorney General. NC doesn't play when it comes to telemarketers. I am on the DNC list as well. Let me tell all of you that "hope" b/c you've pressed 1 they won't call back, they will. I've pressed 1 over 10 times now. When I did answer the phone and some lady tried to get me to renew my Soap Opera Digest for $10, I knew it was a scam! When I told her that I had just renewed directly through the magazine, she hung up on me! I have HAD IT with these people. I have a 6 mo old and a 3 yr old so I do not appreciate phone calls up until 9 PM at night. I strongly suggest to all of you that you go to your Attorney General's website and file a complaint. I had a similar situation a few years ago and as soon as I filed a complaint with the AG, I never received another call. Please, please go and file so we can get these scammers stopped!

Received two calls today. Answered one and heard female voices on other end. They just laughed. I am on the Do Not Call List. If this is the same as I call I answered last week and tried to tell me not to renew magazines elsewhere, I asked the person to put me on their do not call list. Thank goodness I do not know anyone who has 702 as an area code. I do not plan to answer any 702 calls again, if I look at the number calling first. I also do not answer telephone numbers listed as restricted. If they want to talk to me they can leave a message.

I got called 5 times today, they left no message, when I finally picked it up they said nothing. I don't know anyone in NV. Glad I came here to check, I called them back and pressed 1 . Hope it works, if it don't, they will get a BIG surprise the next time they call here. Maybe it will blow out their eardrums and teach them a lesson.
What good is the Do Not Call Registry if these people can still break thru it.  I agree with Majere,  WTF is the FCC for ?

Used to get calls from these numbers all the damn time. When i call back I get " if you do not wish to receive special promotions in the future press 1 please allow up to 72 hours for these calls to stop" and they wouldn't remove me from their list. Theyve got TONS of different numbers. They just called today and HAD my damn address, they subscribed my wife to Maxim Magazine in an attempt to collect money from her.

F*** these goddamn b*****ds. WTF is the FCC for and the do not call registry?

They've been calling me constantly for the pass few weeks but I haven't answered. I will answer next time and begin to scream. Let's hope this works.
