i got a call from the number 7025209196 on 12/17/08 at 3:46pm. i didn't answer the phone. i called the number back and they hang up on me. Need to investigate and reprot to the police on fraud.

I've been getting calls from that number at least once a day for almost a week. It's the reason I "googled" it and ended up here. I never answer if I don't know the number and they have never left a message.

My caller ID says "Service Announcement" when they call

they just started calling me too..but their number starts with 702 so i'm not sure if that circumvents the 'do not call' issue since it's not an 800 number or a derivitive of one.  the number as you guys probably know belongs to Digitcom Services out of Clark, NV...it's a landline.

The caller leaves a message that indicates I am a mortgage client and am entitled to a lower-interest-rate mortgage. I don't have a mortgate.

my wife went on line and inquired about a grant and it was grant instructors they called every 15 minutes on the hour i would answer they would ask for my wife ,finally got got pissed and started cussing and being profane then they called and heard my voice and would hang up, i blocked their call then i started getting calls from different telamarketers,so far i have blocked 15 different calls. this needs to stop sick and tired !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stop calling, you must be pretty stupid not to recognize a fax number when youn hear it. If you're selling something "I don't want it".  If you're giving something away "I don't need it".

got a call 'recorded" saying OMG my mortgage Insurance is about to expire. I pressed one to hold for an operator- no one ever came to the phone " bunch o crap calls...

They're hitting on me in Northern California.  What a waste of time and patience!

They keep calling my number every day around the same time. I don't have an option on my cell phone to block. It is not good. I wish I had this option or new away that I could punch a * key and block it.  I have a Motorola flat screen flip phone. If any of you know away, please let me know.

I just my UNLISTED/UNPUBLISHED phone number 2 weeks ago, and just a few minutes ago I get a call from callerid: 702-520-9196. I didn't answer the phone, nor did they leave a message. Tried calling them back several times and their line is always busy.

This really pisses me off. These scum bags need to be tracked down and be heavily fined for harassment. So should the DNC list people.

The F***ers called me at work again.  I tried to call them this morning 9 AM EST and a msg came on to press "1," which I did and the msg repeated itself.  F***in' morons got nothin' better to do than steal from honest hardworking people.  It is hard enought to scrape by with the economy the way it is,  Thanks Bush!!!!

Got call twice in 8 minutes. no voicemail. Glad I came across this site.

I don't even listen to these anymore... something about california state tax... blah blah blah, pressed 1 out of habit. Got a real live person who said I needed to press 2 to be removed. I asked for a manager and she said thank you and hung up.

I think its rather revealing what our complaints are and watching that the ads on the sidebar are for the very thing we are complaining about.

I'm glad I've got my magic jack to catch these crap calls.

The call we got at our office played a recording about help with paying for healthcare (aka the fake insurance like the dental packages that don't cover anything).  This call center already harassed us with a call earlier today about the opposite thing, helping hospitals collect unpaid bills from patients.  They are equal opportunity scammers, I guess.

This call center has been in operation for years and NEVER honors requests for removal.  Company policy is to hang up on you if you ask them to stop calling, as that has happened every time I've asked over the years.  The FTC is aware of this call center and unwilling to take any action against it.  I myself have filed dozens of complaints about the string of numbers it's called us from in the last 3 years.

Here are the numbers this criminal call center operating freely within the US has called us from:

I pretty much never answer a number I don't recognize.  The mortgage vultures haunted me for awhile...this is the first one in months....blech!

I get multiple calls from this number. I called it back and got a middle eastern guy that said this was the 6th call he had gotten about this I tried to tell him he should go to the police if a company is using his number and he just said sure and hung up.

Keep getting calls from this number- which as everyone has mentioned comes up as a cell number.  I think we should all go to Vegas and find these folks- maybe they'll treat us to a buffet before we kick their a**!

Called at 11:30 sat morning. I am on the do not call list  Clearly a scam when they use a cell # to hide behind.  Report the call and get on the do not call list.  Callers are scum of the earth and should be dealt with as such.

Caller ID was Service Announcement - let go to answer machine and the call was disconnected.

got call from this number also two times this week no name busy when call back also says refinancing all mortgages from or through government. believe to be a fraud

They call me all the and do not leave message or say anything when I answer! Called unpublished mobile number!!
