I got the same call. I can't believe someone can't shut this down.. They are scam artists, and very good at what they are doing.
If you don't believe me ask them these questions.
Proof of insurance sent to you, and follow up on it.
Ask for a list of customers you can call. Maybe 20 people.
Ask for thier license to sell.

I received a phone call from Kate and Keith Gibson of Universal property and told me she had a customer to buy my time share. She put me in contact with the customer saying he wanted to buy my property and he offered me an amount. After I gave him my permission to contact my state attorney to conclude the sale. He said he was dealing with his broker and that it was the latter who would make arrangements with counsel. Keith insisted the deal send me a contract that I had to sign and send him an amount forthe sale. Does this company is legitimate?
