Caller said his name was Mr. Garcia from Visa and wanted to offer me a $50.00 gas certificate for being such a good customer, I just had to send $l.95 for shipping and handling. I said I was not interested and he told me to "go F### myself and hung up on me...

Now that I have read other complaints, my problem started when I noticed a few months ago unsolicited charges on my bank account.  The bank helped and they refunded the money, after trying to say I had *accidently*signed up for their service when I ordered from *Back in the Saddle* online.  Now they are constantly harrassing us.

Repeated calls at all hours from this number for months now.  I finally answered today and told the man to never call my number again.

Yep, 702-554-1407, AASTNV, hang up call, busy signal when you try to call back.  I am on the no call list.  This is very annoying.

OMG...I have been getting these calls which started last week, however when they call I am always at work.  Today I took a half day, and I saw on my caller ID KBL 702-553-0509 had called at noon, I tried calling the number back, but it just rang and rang.  Then at 6:30 EST..the phone rang again with that same number listed, So I answered.  A woman with an accent (sounded asian) asked to speak to ToniLynn, I asked who was calling she said KeyBank. I then began to ask her what she was calling in regards to and she stated in regards to ToniLynn's Visa ending in 2537.  I told her that I was Toni and she proceeded to say Since you've been such a good customer, we would like to reward you for using your Visa.  They wanted to send me a $50 gas card, and long distance cards etc.. however there was a charge of $1.05 for the shipping.  Then it was my turn..I asked her where she got my credit card number from? She told me from a marketing group, and I asked who, her reply was Barnes & Noble.  So I thought for a second, because I have used my card there (however last year), and they wouldn't have my phone number due to the fact that I just changed it 2 months ago to Vonage, and it is unlisted.  She then told me that she got my phone number from another marketing group.  Well then I started asking her the same questions over to see what her response would be, and now she was calling from Key Benefits and she was in NY and then she hung up on me!  Well I called my Bank right away and explained to them what happened. I also got online to see my banking transactions, wouldn't you know it there was a charge on there for $1.05.  I did not authorize this at all.  The card is now canceled, and Bank of America is now aware of what is going on.  I will be giving them all this information on Monday (in order to press charges for Fraud, the charge has to clear my bank first).  As I was reading what others have wrote, I saw something in common with another person.  I ordered something from www.AsSeenontvnetwork.com (LegMagic)

Lady called my cell phone regarding my visa.  Thick accent & said "OK" a lot.  Said everything was good with my account & that they wanted to reward me with a 50$ gas card & other offers that would come as a gift package.  She had the last 4 digits of my card.  All I had to do was verify my address and zipcode.  When I started asking questions she said she was having "technical difficulty" and had to call back.  She called She gave me her name & the name of her company she was representing but not a phone number where I could reach her.  I told her I wanted to speak with my bank & that she could call tomorrow.  She never called back.  I cancelled my bank card within minutes.  I'm contacting someone to see if they can be stopped.

They call me a couple times a day.  I don't answer.

ITS THE HERCULES HOOKS G'Dammit! Ever since I bought those things I've been getting non stop phone calls. Another number they have used (866) 491-7312.  Is there a way to sue the hercules hook company for selling our info?

I don't answer them, I've tried to call back but there is no answer.

I have been getting tons of these calls - return the call and no answer.  I have no credit cards but seems that I may be a victim of identity theft.  May have to contact the FTC - this may have something to do with the TJX Companies!

I've been receiving the same calls from 702-554-1404... Call at various times of the day and night.  When you pick up they hang up or when they here the answering machine, click!  All three numbers they have used come up KBL.  They have tried 702-554-1407, 702-554-1404 and the newest one is a 901 number, I erased it before I remembered I did not write it down.  Someone needs to do something.  I have a private number and very few people have it.  I do not know how they got it!!!!  It is annoying.

KBL calls three or four times a day and hangs up as soon as the answering machine picks up.  This is getting old fast.  We even get three or four calls left on our caller ID on Sunday.  Something needs to be done.  I was told this was a SCAM.  Someone needs to look into this!!!!!!!!

I received a call from this number - 702-554-1404 - and all I heard was people talking in the background for about 10 seconds, and no one talked to me at all, then they hung up.  I have no idea what they are calling about, and am obviously now concerned about them having personal/credit card info on me and using it in a fraudulent manner!

This number called me yesterday.  I did purchase Hercules Hooks a few months ago and I saw that someone else mentioned that is when they started to receive calls from this company.  So, maybe there is a connection to the company and the calls.

I cancelled all my credit cards today.

I JUST got off the phone w/the lady... she knew my address, phone number(obviously), credit card #, and full name. I couldn't understand the ladies accent, so I couldn't understand the website or anythign that she told me.

they have a special free gift to send me, they knew the last 4 digits of my debit card, my first and last name and my mailing address... please dont hang up, i have to record your voice saying you agree to receive this free gift, just please dont hang up when they start talking about money because its free for you, so i listen and it says i agree to a monthly fee after the first month, so i hang up.
then another call today, another Asian, says the same beginning line, i asked where she got my info she said from her database, so where did your database get my info she said i dont know... i ask to speak with her supervisor she says i am sorry but i will not be letting you and hangs up, good times.

I have received numerous calls from 702-554-1404 to my work number. When I answer, they hang up; when I have tried to return call I have gotten a message: 'mailbox is full'; if they receive my voicemail no message is left.

Some girl with an Asian accent keeps calling my house looking for my husband.  Finally I got out of her that they wanted to thank him for using his Visa card (it's a check-card with a Visa logo, thanks!) by giving him some sort of prize.  She even read me the last four numbers of his check-card.  I asked if there was a number my husband could call back at, and she said "thank you so much we'll call back again".  And she does just that, every morning several times a day in an attempt to reach him.  If I answer the phone she's gotten to the point she just hangs up.  I've told them to stop calling, but they persist.   Lately they've taken to blocking their number when they call me.  I've called the number 702-554-1404 back, and only get voice mail every single time.

Hello every one! I have read all your messages and I have taken the step to stop these calls once and for all. My question I guess to everyone would be; who wants to file a class Action Lawsuit against this company on grounds of Harassment.

I have located the company that is placing the calls, and advised them there email process and contact is not stopping there client from making these calls. Who ever would like to file such a suite please contact me at scottnapier@onsitecollectionbureau.com

Please call your local authority and file a police report for phone harassment. Then contact me and we will start the process, to stop these creeps once and for all.

The same 4 numbers have been pestering my elderly mother.  They keep telling her she owes VISA money and then call back and say she has won a gas card.  I filed a complaint with the FCC.  Please everyone with problem file a complaint and maybe we can get some action from the FCC.
