I got calls from this number more than 5 times today. It is a T-mobile survey. You can be placed on their DO NOT CALL LIST by calling 1-866-923-0455.

It is a t-mobile customer service automated survey.  Just call t-mobile and make a complaint.  I got a $5 credit towards my phone bill.

I received numerous calls from this number to my t-mobile cell phone. They do not leave a message.

They've (T-Mobile), has called me 5 times today, and it's not even 2 PM Central time. I answered once, and I heard nothing but dead air.

T mobile sucks!!!  Then they charge a $200 cancellation fee when you don't want their awful cell phone service.  It should be illegal!

yes i believe you all are correct, i spoke with t-mobile customer service last night and now i got this call..last time i spoke with t-mobile customer service was october, 2009.

I don't like the idea of an outside agency calling on behalf of someone else. To be honest I don't feel it is legit. T-Mobile should tell you, through an automated operator before you actually talk to a real operator, that you will be participating in a survey after you have completed your buisness. I forgot who did it, but that's what they did. I'd call, be told to stay on the line when I'm done if I would like to participate. If not just hang up.

I agree. Why would they call me for a survey over and over yet not leave a message? If it so important that they deem it necessary to call over and over LEAVE A MESSAGE!!!!!

I once did market research. horrible industry. Never ever work for such a company. they wouldnt let me drink on the job or rub my female coworkers innapropriately. And they pay horribly AND pretend its a real job to have. I got this call and I have no clue when i spoke to tmobile so how could I do it?? the survey I mean.

The ultimate irony!  I called TMobile this afternoon to complain about the same problem on the day I signed up.  That # is in Maryland 240-699-8960. I left a post on whocallsme after I talked to the agent and told hime they need to tell marketing to READ THIS BLOG! If this is the deal with them, I may cancel.

Yea its some customer survey thing/. They allege that they didnt get you response and invite you to call back on some 800 number....lost intrest fast....

Thank you for the advice. I called tmobile a few hours ago to change my rate plan and this number has already called me twice since then. I just called the number posted for the do not call list and it was really easy to register my number on it. Let's see if they call back..

twice today (no message left) It probably is someone trying to get me to do a survey on my service I received.

I have t mobile too / I called them this morning and then received a call from them an hour later

survey by t mobile just doing there job no big deal i did survey pretty short not invasive survey is alittle late i switched my svc yesterday to sprint all cust svc people did try very hard to resolve issue but no one had that high of clearance they can only do what is humanly possible maybe system needs to be revamped not the people
