I have seen this number on my cell phone several times and also they do NOT leave a message.

I don't usually answer unknown calls, more less numbers I am not familiar with or that are not on my contact list.  I have a name for every single number on my phone. If it is important, then I would beleive they would want me to call back as soon as I got a message.  However, just inquiring on the internet somehow generates all kinds of calls.  As if they sell numbers.  But eitherway, I let it go to voicemail.

They are rip off artist using fraud to obtain information for emblezzment or identity theft or zombie credit for accounts over 7 years. Do not become a victim of this scam. They are targeting seniors and students.
