Got several calls from 7402-576-0456, Caller ID shows Bank Of America.  Just on line chatted with B of A and rep said the call was NOT from B of A.  When I don't answer no message is left.  If it's a survey for the bank, shouldn't the bank know about it?

Received same call today. Total scam. Please report it to FTC.

The same thing happened to me. I ignored the call a few times, but it was a robo call and from Bank of America. It was legitimate and a survey re an issue I had with them about two weeks ago. Nothing private was asked during the call.

Why does Bank of America do nothing?

KEEP RECEIVING CALLS FROM THIS FAKE BANK OF AMERICA NUMBER. NO MESSAGE. HAS TO BE A SCAM.

This is still going on.  Why does the police not get involved with something like this?  It can not be that difficult to track down the persons calling from this number.  I just received another call on December 13, 2013 and on January 9, 2014.  I have the number blocked and am looking into how to report this to the authorities.

Got a call from 702-576-0456. Read this page's warnings, Thanks! Will block the number.

Called twice in the last two days, Did not leave a message.. i don't know anyone from that area code so I didn't answer. I checked the number using this site and it appears to be  a scam.

I received this call at 6:41 pm on 12-18-13, on the caller ID it says Bank of America

This is a legit, BofA call, simple recorded survey from the claims department. No personal or banking questions asked.

I received this call and pressed '2' since I have not filed any claim with BoA. The message then said they would try again later and hung up. The caller ID indicates "Bank of America 702-576-0456" They called back the next day and my answer machine picked it up but they did not leave a message (That's Odd). I called the number showing on my caller ID and received a recorded message that told me to call 800-432-1000. This is a legitimate BoA number. After being switched to CC services I learned that BoA had no information concerning any call they made to me concerning any claim.

Anyone who receives this call and presses '1' will no doubt be connected with a BoA impersonator and be tricked into giving up there personal information.

This scam apparently has been going on for over a year!

It's not a scam. It's a follow-up to see if you liked their service from a phone call/email/text that you made with them in the past. Why is everyone so suspicious of every single phone call?

This is so f****ng illegal I can't even begin to say.  It's a goddamn landline from Nevada, the cops can't trace that?  Unfuckingbelievable!  I guess as long as your crime is banking related you're okay..

I do have a account with them, I did file a claim a couple weeks ago and it was clear up, but I did not answer now I will call them to see

This place called me. Claiming to be Bank of America. I knew off the get go it was a scam for I do not Bank with B.o.A. you would think with all these folks reporting this here they could put an end to such BS...

We've had several phone calls in the past few days from 702-576-0456.  Caller ID shows "Bank of America," but all the calls have hung up without leaving a message, which the real Bank of America would not do. Our BofA card was stolen a few months ago, and each time BofA called they always left a message.  Also, the real BofA never called from this area code or number.  Suspect these people are connected to the theft of our credit card and are trying to scam us into giving them more info.  Will report to the police and the FTC.

Today 4/16/13, I received a call at 7:20 pm. Caller ID indicated Bank of America. Automated system;woman said that BOA wants to improve the service. Sked to press on 1 for English and 2 for Spanish. Clicked on 1 said could not detect a response. tried several times. Hanged up. This is a FRAUD.

Also got many calls, including 2am!  Left No Messages, so I will BLOCK them with my software.  This area code 702 is a Hotbed of illegal and scam calls!

Had a voice message from last evening on my work phone from 7025760456.  I immediately looked the number up because there is NO reason BofA would be calling my work phone.  As I suspected, it's a scam - pretty sophisticated.  Do NOT call the number back.  It is not BofA.  I have reported the number to the Bank as well as the FTC.

Message claims to be BoA, but is not at all. I called BoA using a valid phone number. (On the back of my credit card)  BoA's rep said that the procedure used violates company policy - they have everything on the screen in front of them and only ask for the LAST 4 or 5 Digits of an account number or SSAN, NEVER DO THEY ASK FOR AN ENTIRE NUMBER!!

Didn't come in on relay,TTY, new it was fraud-or span, been DO NOT CALL for several years., seems that makes no difference, robit calls always get thru, USA GOV, need to stop these type of call NOW.
No knowledge of type of call this was.

They're back.......Love the call block on my Panasonic phone. Check your phone out it may have the same thing.
