I wish I knew it was T-mobile that called. I just switched to them from Sprint. Customer service was great and my plan is much lower than before. Also very helpful, they don't ask a bunch of questions. One satisfied customer here.

I've received two calls from this number. I do not answer calls from unknown numbers. They did not leave a message. This website helped me to at least know who it came from. Thank you everyone.

intersting to read the above posts...I had a big disagreement with TMobile today.  I told them I am reporting their actions to the FCC.  Now I get this customer service call.  Ha.  funny.  

Please don't do this. I work at T-Mobile, and we get in trouble when you get not satisfied survey results. Of course, if someone is not doing their job, that's one thing, but don't just score us down for no reason.

I too keep getting a phone call from this number. I like to answer when I can get caller ID.  If this is T Mobile call they need to say on the caller ID. I did not answer the call.

I just made a change to my tmobile plan, so this is the 3rd call from out of state this evening....so it seems it is a t mobile rep checking on things...perhaps they should tell you to expect spam calls when you are talking with the rep?  when I call back, the number transfers to Illinois, but no one answers.   wierd....

I agree.  TMobile has really saved me the most on my phone bill for all the years I have had cell service...significantly!  My daughter used to be a Sprint customer and they really put the screws to her... really fast; and it got worse the longer she was with Sprint.  
Actually, I have never had a problem with TMobile Customer Service.  I find them to be helpful.  With that said, I do not appreciate getting these survey calls from TM.  I want to be the one to initiate calls to customer service.

Yep, T-Mobile it is, I didn't answer, but did call customer service about a software update that fouled up my phone, and I was very pleased with the service I received,  thanks for the heads up!

If it's Tmobile customer service satisfaction rating they want.....Unfortunately, my phone is STILL broke,  and I can't pick up their calls...

Sprint is far worse than T-mobile.T-mobile is just flat out full of poorly trained inept workers.

Just call them and press "5" for every question. 5 = not satisfied at all. But then, they might call you to resolve the problem.

Yep, must be TMobile. I, too, had a rather lengthy call with customer service just a few hours before the call. And my experience was quite pleasant, so next time they call I'll happily take the call, the lady who dealt with me certainly deserves praise. And perhaps combat pay.
