They called and left a message but it was a recording saying " if you made these transactions press 1 for yes 2 for no." Its repeats and then stops and hangs up after a min.

Just received the same call from 702 576-0465.  Message repeated 3 times about someone from this household recently validated transactions to our automated voice system on X/X/X date.

Sounds like a SCAM.  Will be reporting to BOA fraud division.

I just received a call from this number which I let go to voicemail. It says "Hello, we are calling to follow up on a recent interaction your household may have had with Bank of America. We may try again later. Thank you." I did speak with Bank of America recently but I may just follow up just to be sure.

Same, B of Am robo call asking if I reported fraud on my acct. SCAM! Do not answer! Do not give #s!

Received a call on my house phone today while at work. My husband picked up and all he heard was Bank of America, recent transaction. I actually did a large credit card transaction yesterday, and Bank of America's fraud department contacted me to verify the charge. I contacted Bank of America again about today's call. They show the call yesterday but no call today. When I called this number back at 6:15 PM, I only got a recording stating: "We were calling to follow up on a recent transaction your household may have had with Bank of America. We may try again later. Thank you!". I guess, it is actually customer satisfaction survey. Bank of America does this quite often. I will try this number again tomorrow morning to see if I can actually speak to a real person.

This is a scam call center, according to the BoA number I called on the back of my card.  Let the answering machine pick up, and the caller hangs up.

this number called me and left a  tape in spanish and then english
they asked you to press 1 i tried and nothing happened .
they said someone called them from my number and said  fraud happened on my credit card .
this did not happen

I also received a call from them  I decided to call and report it to them....maybe if they get enough calls the number will be disconnected I called an account mgr. at BOA, he knew nothing about this number!! everytime you get one of these calls..... call your account manager maybe if they start getting bombarded with calls they will stop these crap calls

received call from this number today advising someone in my household reported fraud; no one here banks with BOA. I called the number back but get a recording. Decided to look the number up and found this site so at least I am not alone.

I suspected this was a fraudulent call so I called Bank of America (I looked up the customer service number on their website).  They have no knowledge of what this call is about and say they suspect it is someone attempting to get information.  Report this number!

Bank of America doing a customer satisfaction survey after some customer service interaction you've had with them.  Mine was a follow up to reversing fraudulent charges made on my card.  To those who commented before, it's not some kind of market survey, they're just checking to see if you got the level of service you expected and if all of your problems were solved.  They use these surveys to make sure their service is up to customer expectations.  It's a benefit to you, not the company.

Got a call from this number.  I called the number on my credit card and they said they had not called me and that I did the correct thing.  Call the number on your credit card and talk to the correct people.

Got a call from them stating they were Bank of America and wanted to conduct a survey. A recorded message stated that someone at my address recently had an interaction with Bank of America. A far as I know, no one did, so something about this is very "fishy".

Call left on answering machine re some transaction.  I have no connection with B of A.  Phone ID shows B of A.  I plan to report to local B of A tomorrow.

I think these people are scammers because they are always calling and offering to give me a payday loan that I have never applied for. I want them to stop calling me.

I received a call from this number 3 days after discovering over $800.00 in charges on my BoAm Visa which I did not make.  The electronic  messaged asked me to press one if I had reported this theft.  I just hung up and called BoAm  (the fraud dept. was closed (will call back tomorrow).  The day before I received a text message with a supposed fraud alert from BofAm & when I called BoAm Visa they confirmed it was a scam.  The person I spoke with from BofAm said they were getting a high number of customers reporting these calls and text message.  Just last month my son's BofAm Visa was hacked.  Wondering if it is an inside job.

I just got a call from that number also saying it was bank of american, no message left, but I talked online with someone from bank of america, he said it was fraud

looks like they always find a way to get your number and they change theres also this isnt the first time they called me, are code 702 isnt bank of america there fake and scamers that try to steal ur identy

I got a call from this ph.# and suspected it was a scam too!  It said Bank of America on my caller I.D. and it was a recording telling me there was fraudulent activity on my Bank of America account.
AND I DON"T EVEN HAVE A BANK OF AMERICA ACCOUNT AND NEVER DID!!!!  The recording was asking a series of questions which began with: was I the person who is registered to the phone # they called;... and if "YES", they needed me to respond to questions on a recording whereby I was identified as a victim of fraud.  After making several attempts to speak to a "live person" by pushing the "0" key,.. the # key as well as the * key, in all different sequences and combinations to see if that would get me through to a live person,.. I had no success!  So I hung up and called back the same ph.# (from my blocked ph #) and got the same recording that was used when they called me.   When Bank of America opens for business tomorrow, I plan on contacting them with this info & reporting this as a major I.D theft ring & hopefully it will warrant an FBI sting investigation.  The ph.# displayed in the caller I.D. indicates the call is coming from the Las Vegas Area,. so BEWARE!
A likely location for a scam to spring into effect!
