Received a text 2/10/2010 about cutting debt.

Today(8/15/2010) is Sunday and I got a text "So you owe $10,000+ to the IRS? ..."

just got some spam by txt message, and I dislike being bothered by people who have stolen my number.  I should get money for every time someone who I did not give out my number to contacts me.

I've received spam two texts in the last three days:
Do you owe $10,000+ to the IRS? If you are employed we can REDUCE BACK TAXES by over 70%. Reply "YES" to see if you qualify! (optout,replyOut)

The "o" in out is a smiley face.  The message was received 3:43 pm EST on 9/6/10.
  I'm very annoyed.

Have received multiple SPAM text from this number. An on the DNC.
Interested in creating a class action. let me know.

I received this email too.  It is illegal to spam text this company will be sued by me personally.  If it is happening to you call your lawyer what they are doing is illegal and you can sue for 10K+ per text you receive.  Save all texts as evidence.

Also if you are on the DNC contact the do not call registry to make a formal complaint.

Spam texted my cell phone. Something about a debt settlement program. Included a link, cuturdebt.com-optout. But I worry that the website is either all virus-y (even w/ virus protection, you never know) or that opting out will just confirm that this number is live.
