I live in Las Vegas and recently filled out a card with the chance to win $100,000 or a car. I read the fine print on the back, and it says the intention of this sweepstakes is to try to sell you a time share in Las Vegas and we may use your information provided to contact you.
The number to call for more information about the sweepstakes is 702-577-9203. So FYI if you get a call from this number it is a time share company will try to sell you or get you to come in to their office for a presentation. Since I live here I'm used to getting these types of calls, usually they'll offer something in return (free hotel room, vouchers for casinos, cruise or vacation packages) and will follow through. But you may have to listen to their presentation for about 2 hours first, they hope you will buy or walk out before the end.

I got a call from some lady. She said I stayed at the Jockey Club, a hotel in Vegas, back in November. I did stay at the hotel back about a year and a half ago. Anyway, I told her that I didn't stay back in November, then her reply was, "well, whenever you stayed with us." She was telling me I have 2 complimentary stays at the hotel just because I have been there in the past. I asked what the catch was, she said I would have to pay $100 up front. They call me frequently and I tell them I am not interested.. yet they keep calling me!

I got calls too...I called back, finally someone picked up after 12 rings, and I asked them to remove me from their list, they are sucking my mobile minutes. She said it would take 72 hours, so will see. They are reservations (???) in LV. I too has gone to Vegas last Aug. Did someone from the hotel sell our numbers?

Said since I went to a Nascar event in Las Vegas in Feb.2009, I won a chance to win a vehicle that I dont remeber entering in a contest(they have no idea what kind of vehicle!!!) Also, a trip to two different places, all payed for. They requested a credit card number to reserve a room which is refundable.
