Not sure. But I just received a random text from this number. It was an advertisement for pay day loans and prompted me to reply "stop" at the end. Last time I replied stop to a random text, I instantly received 4 more, all of which I replied stop to. I was charged $10 per reply, for a total of $50 to my next phone bill :(
