this person is sending out text messages saying i gave them hiv. this is not true and slander. i want to sue. i need to know or the police need to know who this is.

got this number the other night    why do keep calling

got a call from this number,never do answer it but its really annoying,,they never ever leave a message,so its a scam and not that important any way.

Got the same annoying phone call "this is credit card services this is your last warning..." I am sure you have herd it a dozen times.
Call your local police department make a report get a case number. Once you do that call your phone company service providers harassing phone call center and report them. Enough people do this and this group of scammers will get caught.

get a case number and call that line you will get a code to track this person.

Some crap automated message about final notices and accounts being closed that are fake.  Big time scam beware.  They call daily with different numbers 415-518-9342 and 619-208-8728! A bunch of Bullsh*t!

The DoNotCall Registry is alive and well. Problem is, it works on voluntary compliance just like speed limit signs on roads. Honest telemarketers honor the DoNotCall Registry, abusive telemarketers and scammers do not.

10th Call this week. Next time, Im going along with it and going to try and mess with them. Im pretty good at it. I tried to let the Do Not Call registry do the work but that registry might as well be made out of toilet paper that I wipe my a** with bc it is f-in worthless. Im going to have fun with it and see where it takes me. Eventually they will get tired of calling my number and spending time hearing crazy and ridiculous nonsense. If anything, I will atleast get a laugh out of an annoying situation.

Instead of hanging up this time, I held on and waited for a "very qualified assistant" to help me. When he came on I told him I was on the do not call list and had no account with them. He asked if I was dense, then called me a f**. This will be news to my wife.
Lucky for me, I used to intern for the state attorney general and this call was taped. Booya!!!

calling 5 times a day and I am on the no call list. Reported 5 times a day and no help in stopping them.

1/21/2011 this number 702-595-4781 called me twice in a row so on the 2nd i answered it recording said some BS about lowering your interest rate but didnt identify what company they were from so i pushed one to talk to a rep and when he answered i said, Look i dont know who you are" and thats all i got out and he hung up as he said. Thank you have a nice day".  Im assuming its a scam i called the number back and of course their mail box was full and im sure of pissed off people. lol reading post above mine its exactly same scenario

While it is annoying that these calls are happening, it's not the government's fault.  Futhermore, most government employees don't make "a lot" of money and their benefits suck.  Take your complaints somewhere else and educate yourself before you do.

I tried pressing 1 to talk to a person to take me off the list but it just hangs up on me I called the number back out of Nevada and it says some guys name and the mail box is full.
One time I was able to press one and talk to a guy and I said I was on the no call list and I would turn them in and he got real smart and ended up saying do what every you want to do !!!

Repeated calls (3) regarding "expiring options" on my credit card...  I worked for a credit card company for 17 years.  No such service and legit companies would not make such calls.

keep getting numerous calls a day from these people about my credit card.  I don't have a credit card.  What happened to the "Do not call" registry.  It is not working!!!!

Got a call from this number, no message of course.  Tried to call number back and got a message that the mailbox was full.  Used the link above to find an alternate number of 719-839-0026.  Spoke to this person and they honestly have NO connection to the scammers.  DO NOT call this poor guy.  He is a victim too.  Looks like the scammers are using fake caller ID numbers,

These people are not 'telemarketers', they're scammers, what makes you they give a hoot about the national do not call list?

Keep receiving calls from this number and they never leave message..... I refuse to answer an unknown number unless they identify themselves. How do I stop this?

Caller gave no name only a recording saying they have notified us our credit card would be discontinued as they had notified us serveral times in the past. Hung up abruptly after say Hello two or three times.

I will find out who made the obnoxious call to my office this afternoon and I will have them prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.  I receive daily calls from this organization and they are recorded messages. You get an option to speak to a representative. I chose that option in order to request that this number be removed and received the most obnoxious response and hangup.  I have tried numerous times to get back through to the number without success.  I have however done a reverse phone lookup, paid a search engine and intend to locate the individual.  This guy chose the wrong girl to screw around with today.

This number comes up on my caller ID. The call is a BS call from my credit card company and they want to help me lower my interest rate as long as I have $3,000.00 in charges. I have talked to the people and told them not to call me again but I think your name goes on the we must call and bug the sh** out of list. I would like to get to the bottom of how companys like this can exist.  I listened to the recording and pressed 1 to speak to a representative. I told the person who would not identify himself or his company not to call me again and he responded they would call anytime they want.  The phone number in the caller ID is 702-595-4781 Cell NV. but when I look at the call  log at my phone provider nothing shows up. If you call this number it identifys it as a Survey number and the mail box is full. I know they are playing games and I will record them next time they call.

What's with these people/crooks? They call using a new cell phone number every single day and NEVER leave a message. I never answer the calls and let them go to voice mail as I know they are crooks. The do not call list is a big fat joke and apparently no fines are being imposed as they keep calling.

They just say "annual Credit Card Review" and it disconnects.  I've gotten several calls from this and many other scammers, report them on the Do Not Call Registry, but they keep calling.  What happened to the $11,000 per call fines they were supposed to impose on telemarketers for violations?  So much for Gov't services.  Wish I had a nice cushy gov't job where I got paid a lot, nice benefits on the taxpayers' back (who don't have healthcare themselves, or have to pay for it out of their own pocket if they do have it) and don't have to do anything but ignore reports and let criminals & thieves run wild.

Got a call from them this morning. Third time this week, so I waited for the operator to have them remove me from their list. The guy I talked to gave me a lecture about God. So, What would Jesus do? I doubt he would call me and try to scam me. Get a life scammer loser.

This is a version of the advance-fee-for-something scam where something is a grant, loan, lottery winnings, interest rate reduction, gift card, doggie, cruise, vacation, free gas, etc., and the advance-fee is for tax, shipping, registration, secure handling, service, etc. They may send you a fake check, may want your credit/debit card or bank account number,  or tell you to wire cash via Western Union, Moneygram, etc. They can put recurrent difficult-to-cancel monthly charges or a 1-time charge on your card or bank account, and sell account info to other criminals and you'll have to replace accounts altogether. Wired-cash is irretrievable - once it's picked up at the other end, it's untraceable and gone. If they want you to call them up for instructions, they may tell you not to discuss the wire with Western Union desk clerks but the real reason is WU clerks are familiar with these scams and will warn you not to wire the money.
